These are great noise cancelling. Audio sounds great. However, phone call experience. Other party barely gets your voice. Gets all the background noise over your voice. Hurts the other listener and they can barely hear your voice when your anywhere other than your closet with sound insulated walls. Noise cancelling its great. Used these when working with loud power tools which would normally bleed the ear drums and wow... this brought the level down to as if i was using a very quiet fan. Due to the phone call experience, had to return. But if you don't mind using other bluetooths for phone call, then get these, for the price, it cant be beat.

Overall I love these, only issue is sometimes the right ear will randomly cut out (battery isnt low/dead or anything) and to get it to come back I have to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth

These are some great sounding wireless earbuds. The noise cancelling is fantastic!! There are a couple of downsides, one is the Bluetooth does disconnect from time to time. And the included tips may not fit perfectly In your ear.

I am a flight attendant and I use these on the plane all the time when I travel. They do a great job of cutting down the sound. They are comfortable to wear and come with several different sized rubber buds to fit your ear. Something to consider I use two different buds 1 ear opening is slightly larger than the other so I have a smaller bud on one side. Battery life is good and the case its also a wireless charger for the ear buds meaning you can get 3 more full charges before you have to plug into the wall. I highly recommend.

Got them today to replace the Jaybird Vistas. Went out back to work on my shed, every time I lean forward one or the other fell out. The sound is amazing, the touch pads intermittently recognize my touch, and my call to my daughter came back with the report that there was background noise. It feels like a more expensive step sideways. If they won’t stay in while working in the same spot, I can only imagine how poorly they will do while running or working out. Sad to say I’ll be making the 80 mile round trip to Bestbuy again wasting portions of my weekend. All of the reviews were great, but they are sitting still at a desk in front of a camera.

These sound fricking awesome. Noise-canceling is top-notch, as is the ambiance settings. I never knew earphones could sound so good and that is what these are. Google earphones v earbuds. The app is easy to use and follow. The EQ is awesome with several presets and two customs preset's for you to dial them in just the way you like. They do come a little on the heavy bass and yeah if you like bass these deliver it. In the EQ you can adjust them to make them more balanced. Worth every penny.

Sound quality is excellent and the feature of sending audio to both buds simultaneously is amazing. Videos will stay in sync with the audio which is not the case with most bluetooth earbuds. Noise cancelling is outstanding. I am still working on the fit though. They keep falling out. But I have trouble with all earbuds so take that with a grain of salt. These are true quality and you would expect so for the price. These feel and sound expensive. Top shelf if that's what you are in the market for.

Very good sound quality. Good noise reduction. The left one doesn't seem to want to stay in my ear, but that is likely more an issue with my ear than the product. I wish it had a little bigger of a sound though.

These are getting returned. The audio quality for music and movies is actually pretty good. The noise cancelling functions pretty well for earphones. Decent highs, subdued mids, and great bass. However, I’ve tried to use these on calls and they’re simply terrible. The people on the other end could initially hear me and then they said I cut out to static. One other time I called someone they said they couldn’t understand me and that I sounded like a robot. Other reviews said some people would complain that the caller sounded muffled and like they were under water but I couldn’t even get that. The software has two different settings for prioritizing audio quality or connection stability. Tried both modes and neither made a difference. These headphones are expensive enough where they shouldn’t fail on basic things like call quality. I also found them more uncomfortable than most. The foam tips made it tolerable to listen to music on a 3 hour plane ride but still not as comfortable as other foam tips out there. I think this can be remedied by some 3rd party tips. Overall a pretty big disappointment. Not sure why Sony can’t make call quality consistent. These were going to replace some AirPods that had serious battery life degradation but I’m going to have to keep on searching.

I bought both this and Powerbeats Pro at the same time to compare, and the Sonys were way better for me. Better sound, noise cancelling, comfortable. The only thing going for the Beats is that they stay in the ear better when moving alot due to the ear hooks. So the Beats are better for the gym. Otherwise, the Sonys are better and cheaper. I returned the Beats after one day,

These headphones sound great outside of that they are a pain in the back side to fit and even worse the connectivity of these things is terrible. Speaking of connectivity they seem to remember the volume of the last item they were connected too for instance if I had used them connected to my Garmin watch to run I have to remember to turn the volume to max before I disconnect otherwise they won't cooperate with my phone volume. Lastly the battery life was OK at first but has become terrible over time only takes an hour or so and they are griping about low battery.

These headphones had great sound and really looked good in my ears (they didn’t stick out far at all). Unfortunately they had severe connectivity issues. I could be sitting on the couch and one or both of the ear buds would have random audio drop outs. These are one of the few headphones that have a VERY high sensitivity to the environment. My gen 1 AirPods, and two sets of old Beats headphones have zero issues in the same spot. The other thing is that I would get ear fatigue with these. I don’t know if it was due to how deep they went into the ear canal, or with the overall fit, but these were hard to wear for long sessions.

I tried several different brand before settling with the Sony. They don't fit in the ear perfectly but they're not uncomfortable and the sound quality more than makes up 4 the minor issues. Great battery life also

The noise cancelling function is strong, but you need to check your mind if the earplugs seal your auditory meatus well. The stock silicone fitting is elastic, and it may pushes itself out from the auditory meatus after a while.

I usually use over-ear headphones, but these have almost as good of sound quality as a lot of the over-ear ones I've used, with the limiting factor being Bluetooth audio. Lots of different types of eartips in the package, and plenty of aftermarket options to choose from as well. Battery life is pretty good, and the noise cancelling works great. I wish they'd add LDAC support, though, but I doubt they'll do that because the new XM4s are supposedly coming soon.

Buy if you want excellent sound quality from your wireless earbuds. The fit is ok for my ears but could be better. I purchased these for the sound so I'm ok with that. The look is also pretty good but they are starting to look just a tab bit bulky compared to brand new true wireless offerings. Has the ability to upscale the streamed sound on board to 24bit which is pretty nice to know your getting pretty much the same audio quality you would as wired earbuds.

I had purchased the WH-1000XM3 headphones a few months ago and have loved them. The noise cancelling alone is a game-changer. So, when the WF-1000XM3 was released, I wasn’t really interested in making another big purchase. After reading several positive reviews, I couldn’t resist. Sony has another hit on its hands. The sound quality is rich and full. The noise cancelling is great too, but not quite as good as the WH-1000XM3. If you are looking for earbuds, the WF-1000XM3 will not disappoint you. The battery life has been great too.

Love them great sound, seem very durable for gym use

Noise canceling features are very good. Easy to use controls during use. Excellent sound quality for music and phone conversations. Bluetooth pairing should be easier. Lack of water resistance is a negative.
