Still work great but the charging is a little wonky. Every day use for a year and a half is pretty good imo. I work in a warehouse and they def get beat up. I even dropped the left earbud in a gallon of water then dried it out in rice and it worked the same. Definitely a solid lair of earbuds

I tried different size cushion and it still will fall out while riding, jogging, running, climbing, hiking jumping off rocks. Casting my line while fishing All that then VERY EXPENSIVE!

For fit concern, we provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, you will need to gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

I prefer these to my AirPods Pro because I feel like the in ear fit is just a tad better because of how much further these go in opposed to the AirPods. However with that being said, I like the AirPods Pro for their comfort. Ultimately, I stuck with my AirPods because I was having some connectivity issues. But, I really would buy these if I could get a better connection and if they were a tad bit more comfortable.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. If the earbud tips tend to come off or you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound and a difference in volume between the left and right units, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears.

I was amazed by how good they sounded. They have smart ways to silent music to listen to someone talk and skip track, etc. They have different levels of noise cancelation. I was amazed at how long they keep a charge. I felt they were a little pricey... but after owning them I am well please and say "yes" they are worth the price.

Disappointing Battery Life, Subpar Noise Canceling

I understand that actual results vary depending on listening factors, but I'm lucky if I get 3 full hours of continuous music playback time with noise canceling on. That's a big, disappointing difference from what's advertised. I've never used earbuds with noise canceling, but I expected it to be about the same effect as the Beats and Bose over ear headphones I've used in the past. The noise canceling quality is nowhere near what I experienced with Bose, and it's still quite a bit worse than Beats. I have issues with crackling noises when I try to use the earbuds to listen to the video I'm playing on my Macbook. I don't have those issues when I connect any other brand of wired earbuds or headphones. What do I like about the headphones? The music sound quality is great. The colors they come in are aesthetically pleasing. They're super easy to set up. But I don't think they're worth even half of the $200+ price tag.

That part really disappoints. If I had to do it again, I would probably go with the wireless Apple headphones. The sound quality is amazing, the noise cancelling awesome, including different ambient sound settings. I haven’t really heard anyone rave about small form factor in ear headphones that either don’t fall out or become uncomfortable after awhile.

I fly a lot for work. You'll need it to adjust performance of sound or even turn on the nice cancelling. I like how you can have ambient sound just by the way you place these in your ear but again I would like to use the app. Google Assistant works just fine and so does all other touch pad function. These are great headphones definitely. Just wish the app was more user friendly to use these to full potential all the time.

For the best fit and comfort, make sure that you are wearing the headphones properly. Size M earbuds come attached to the left and right sides of the headset at the time of purchase. Change the earbuds to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. Twist the headset to slide the earbud deep into your ear. Hint: The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

Still great tech WHEN it came out. Now it’s outdated in my opinion. The AirPods PRO are better , easier to use, and are better integrated and sound just as good if not better. Overal, if you don’t want AirPods , this might be the best option at the price point of 160$ Which is what I bought them for , not worth 220 for sure

The only con is they can be a little uncomfortable but that depends on the user and you can swap the ear plugs to fit your ear. While they have premium look; they look more like single Bluetooth earpiece like Jawbones than your typical wireless earbuds.

Amazing but a bit pricey

Watching movies with these is amazing, music also sounds amazing. Battery life is great but I cant say i use them hours on end. I rarely charge them and they always say 100%, the case is a little big but it keeps them charged so I’m perfectly fine with it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These by far produce the best sound of any earbuds, specially if you use the equalizer and set it to excited, phone quality is great and Siri is more responsive with these than my AirPods, the only reason I give four stars and not five is because of the ear pieces that come with it, they’re horrible and does not produce noice cancellation, I was a about to return them until I found ear pieces in amazon that are 100% better than Sony’s, the sound quality was just better with third party ear pieces. I would recommend these with a third party ear pieces.

AMAZING HEADPHONES

But then came across these headphones, it provided every single thing the AirPod pros had, plus a better looking case with longer battery life. The choice with simple, seeing as Sony has been manufacturing headphones and noise canceling capability a lot longer than Apple has. 10/10 would highly recommend.
