I can work out and bike with no issues of falling out. I don't know what the useful life is of these headphones but after about 18 months they don't hold a charge for more than an hour or two now. Could be due to hours used so all in all, very happy with them except for the battery life.

The audio connection will sometimes skip depending on where your phone is at. Noise canceling is good. I actually prefer the Jabra Elites over these. Good headphones but for the price they could fit way better and it looks like you are wearing a security tag in your ear.

Of course over the ear headphones will perform the best noise cancellation, but if you want to have a smaller, lighter device with noise cancellation, this is the best device. Battery lasts about 5-6hours, and it does charge quickly once in the case.

Constant stuttering and weird sounds when ever im trying to talk to someone even though my phone is right infront of me doesent matter where i am or what im doing sounds horrible and cant even understand anything the other person is saying.

Really wish the volume control was on the ear piece instead of the app or source you are listening to. The controls on the ear pieces are fairly hard to figure out but I'm sure I'll get use to them over time. I would buy them again, but before I did this, I would look for another quality brand that offers noise cancellation and has volume control on the ear piece.

I had to return them because the call quality for the person I was talking to was so bad. I work with the public and I can’t have bad call quality. I exchanged them for the AirPods Pro, which musically, are much flatter, but I had such better call quality. It’s unfortunate. For music, these are great. But not for phone calls.

They sound great with the adaptive noise isolation. Much more convenient than the various sets of wired cans that I had used for the past 3 years. Sound is great and gets 5 stars. 4 star rating is due to intermittent drop offs. It is only a brief second as they quickly reconnect to the source. It happens when around others so it could be bluetooth overload with so many devices

That being said though, they are the best truly wireless option that I have tested so far. And I have tried alot if them. Jabra 65t, Samsung buds, Airpods, Bose. I think what ultimately sold me on these is the comfort. I must have weird shaped ears or something, cause every other earbud cause pain in my right ear, these didn't. However I think they should be in the $180 price point.

Great sound but doesn’t stay in ear

I was constantly pushing it back in. Occasionally it fell out while I was walking. I returned them and got Bose SoundSport wireless earphones with the stay-in-ear feature. I am completely satisfied with the Bose.

You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.
