    Good sound quality but drop-outs are ridiculous. I’ve updated multiple each time a firmware is available. Each time talks about improved stability, but I haven’t seen any improvement. At least one drop out per song. This has has been the case for my iPhone X and now 11 Max Pro. Disappointing!!

    I haveI enjoyed my new Sony wireless earphones. Very good sound, pair easily. The one issue i have had is the volume control. it may be me, but it seems difficult to control volume without affect the noise canceling. I keep getting a cannot connect to .... I am not using such a device so not sure why this continues to happen. Overall, pleased, comfortable, does limit noise and they stay in my ear!

    So these earbuds were stunning In terms of ANC, and the Ambient Sound, HOWEVER, THEY ARE BULKY AF. they offer a ton of choices for sizes but no matter what I tried they just don't fit... They fell out ALL the time. If you can manage to get them to fit and fit comfy and not hurt ur ears then bam you got great earbuds.

      Hi TommyJr, We regret to hear that your wireless headphones do not fit in your ears. Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling off. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.     My first pair of WIRELESS earphones, after many years accustomed to the cord. I'm not disappointed. Sound quality is superb, and enough bass like I like. The noise cancellation only mutes out mostly low end frequencies, and harsh humming noises like from a loud fan/air conditioner. Love the the ambient sound feature when I'm outdoors, enabling me to hear my surroundings while listening to music.

    Excellent quality and they lost a long time. These earbuds are great for a work out. I have used many in the past and with most it was the same problem that they wouldn’t stay in. These have a great feel and stay firmly in your ear even during and intense activity work out routine. The volume doesn’t get us a ladder so I wanted to know and that’s the only complaint.

    These are the best in ear headphones I've ever used!! The noise cancelation is awesome!!! Can't hear any external noise once these puppies are on!! I read from some users that bass was bad, on the contrary, it booms in my ears!! Love these headphones!!!!

    Noise cancelling yes!!!! Sound crystal clear!!! I loves these ear buds. But even the smallest size gave me tons of vertigo so I had to send them back but I absolutely loved them. Best noice cancelling and isolating. I definitely recommend if u don’t have chronic headaches.

    The audio for music is amazing. They are clearly for music or watching movies. I like that I can set the touch buttons to do anything I want. However, for phone calls, they are not great. And if like me you put in one side only for a call, it better be the left since the right won’t use the mic for calls or dictation. If they supported calls better I would have given them 5 stars.

If you're looking for sports headphones, I'd recommend checking out these models: WF-SP700N and WI-SP600N. These should provide a more secure fit. The WF-SP700N, in particular, have the Ambient Sound Mode. This will mix your music with the sounds of your environment. So, you can enjoy your favorite tracks and still hear your workout buddy or stay aware when running outside. -Sam Sony_US

    These were my favorites before the xm4 came out. These are still a more than capable product and I recently switched back to them after losing one of my xm4 earbuds. Sadly after a few days of enjoyable use the left earbud will no longer charge which prevents me from performing a reset or initialization of the buds so they are both rendered useless. This disappoints me so much. I've always seen Sony as the highest quality manufacturer around. I've been using the wi-1000x for several years now and even at it falls apart and begins to malfunction it retains it's premium feel and audiophile grade listening experience. However the quality of the xm3 (and xm4 if I'm being honest) has revealed itself to be less than satisfactory from one of the world's leading consumer brands. Very sad face..

    I really like these headphones. The bass is awesome, they look great, and they're easy to manage. The things I didn't like about them were that they fall out of my ears way too easily. They're don't stay secure in my ears very well and it's really annoying when I'm walking and I feel them slowly pop out of my ear onto the floor

    I love these earbuds they really are noise cancelling and pretty easy to hid when i need too I love how the battery lasts so long so I don't have to be constantly charging them and just enjoy my music or videos!

    I replaced "2" pairs of Bose "Soundsport Free " units with this Sony unit which NOT ONLY had much BETTER sound and controls but the battery last LONGER approx. 7 1/2 to 8 Hrs. this is a much more superior product than Bose. ( In My opinion)

    For persons that seem to have a problem with these not staying in the ear, AND, Noise Cancelling. You must rotate each earphone so it is perpendicular, or long-wise pointing forward, then magically, they fit more comfortably, stay in, and Viola, Noise Cancelling kicks in...! But, intense noise cancelling.. one must forgo Ambient Sound Control, turn off, in the Sony "Headphones Connect" app for Full Noise Cancelling. So it is an odd setup but it will change your opinion definitely, just this one small step of rotation, in my case it was the clincher. Good Luck..!

    These ear buds are great for listening to music and cancelling background sounds. These are absolutely terrible for phone calls. I may be able to hear the person on the other end but they hear every little background sound. When I receive a call I have to turn off the Bluetooth connection and speak through the phone defeating the purpose of having Bluetooth headphones for me, I don't like holding a phone.

    These are by far the best earbuds I've ever used. The sound quality is absolutely amazing and the charge is outstanding in its self. I have to charge the case maybe once or twice a week depending on how heavily I'm listening to music on that day.

    These buds sound great and are very comfortable. ANC works, but to what extent... not sure. My issues were two fold: 1) I felt that they were always on the brink of falling out of my ears and 2) The touch sensitive control pads on the side were tough to get used to-in the sense that I would constantly touch them on accident. I returned these, but with second thoughts as to whether that was the right choice or not.
