Occasional fading but I probably need to adjust per instructions. Plenty of ear buds to ensure good fit. I work out with them and have had no problem re sweat. Very good pricing, well worth the buy.

The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. As a suggestion, you may try setting the Bluetooth connection mode to Priority on stable connection. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. Good to know that you appreciate the audio quality and that it comes in various sizes of earbud tips.

Just got these and my left bud had low battery so I used it until it died. Popped it in the case and let it charge for 5 minutes and it was at 50% already. The fit is actually pretty pretty snug when you follow the instructions on how to wear them properly. My ears are small so I have a hard time finding buds that fit and stay put. I tested the fit by holding my mouth wide open, shaking my head unnecessarily hard and also while talking and eating. Buds only wanted to come out naturally during the hard head shaking. That considered these fit great and also come with "foam" tips along with the standard silicone. I compared the base on these to my SP800N and the base on these aren't as good as the SP800N but the clairty is so much better.

What they dont have thats upsetting is earpod tracker it gets lost, and .ultfunction buttons. To have earpods this good and advance is disappointing that the features are missing. I still love them.

I also have the airpod pro, and in my opinion the airpod pro is a little better, mainly when on the phone, specifically for the receiving/listening person. I've been repeatedly told that they hear too much ambient noise with the Sony, than with the airpods. Otherwise, for listening to music, I can't tell much difference.

• Resetting the headset
- If the headset cannot be turned on or cannot be operated even when it is turned on, reset the headset. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Device registration (pairing) information and other settings will be retained.

• Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
- The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

The noise cancelation is superb along with an option to deactivate manually or via walk detection. Case is a bit big but whatever they work!

They have great sound clarity and one of the best noise cancelation capabilities for a true wireless headphone. I personally believe the Sennheiser Momentum 2 True Wireless headphones have better sound clarity, sound separation, noise cancelation, buttons, water resistance, and Bluetooth Connection, but they are about $100 more expensive.

I find myself always having to ensure they stay in my ears. These are good just for basic travel not even a light jog. I honestly wanted to return them. Saving grace the sound is great

Great Noise Canceling earbuds

At a regular price of $229, it's comparable to the Apple pro earbuds; still somewhat costly but doesn't break the bank (I bought it when BB had it at $30 off). Previously, I had to turn off the music at times while commuting on mass transit because I didn't want to significantly amp up the volume to try to listen to music. With these Sony earbuds, I am able to keep it at pretty much the usual volume and enjoy music. The ANC feature can be adjusted/turned on-off with a tap of the left earbud. Have not tried them on air travel yet; however, given being able to hear music when I'm on a train that is rumbling through a tunnel, it'll be leaps and bounds better than my regular earbuds if on an airplane. Bought the silver color; very pretty. Very happy with them.

I love the form factor which allows for gesture support to navigate through ambient noise levels for hearing those around you, as well as audio playback volume and start / stop, Further the look with both black and silver is very attractive. The Sony WF-1000XM3 buds have the same well machined feel typical of other Sony products. In terms of looks, I find it to be a classy look. It definitely doesn't look bulky. Charging the era buds is easy, they magnetically snap into their respective left / right bezel in the charging case and the case charges with USB-C. Syncing was a cinch, between NFC or bluetooth Overall, these pair of ear buds changed everything in a very unexpected way for me I honestly recommend anyone get them at least to try, they are a game-changer!

The sound quality of the Sony seems better to me, but the comfort of the earbuds pro is superior. This is subjective depending on the person.

Decided to try to Sony Ear Buds and am very happy with my purchase. Noise canceling, can use one bud if needed for like phone calls and such, quick charge case, have yet to run out of battery charge. The noise canceling and sound are the best in this kind of wireless earbuds. However, there are some issues when pressing among the noise canceling options, and most of all, they fall when doing high fitness activity.

I don't use these for Workout, but for office and while travelling they do keep the chatter down. Great music and video audio quality. Issue with call quality as people on the other end have complained about excess background noise while on a call. (though the latest update seems to have addressed it, haven't tested it after the update)

She's happy with them and said they cancelled airplane noise well but don't do quite as good on normal conversational background noise. They connected easily to her iPhone. For what it's worth she said the sound is "good". Wish Sony would provide written instructions instead of "pictogram" instructions.

Sound quality is great. NC is fine for in ears. Why I say that it is hard to manage is that there does not seem to be a way to control the settings on a PC besides connecting it through the Sony Headphone App on your phone. And getting it to work with Windows 10 can be troublesome.
