The only downsides to these earbuds: 1) There is absolutely no water protection of any kind. 2) The earbuds dont have a very high max volume. I would def get the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy, since it covers water damage

Outstanding earbuds!

I liked the audio quality just the paring was strange as it either would it would pair with one or the other. Great for android, strange and buggy connection with iPhone.

Very good bass and noise canceling is great too download the Sony app and customize it to your liking. A little bulky but case but all around awesome earbuds.

Awesome Buds!

The sound quality for an ear bud is amazing. The fit is great woth the default tips that were on it but this also includes 6 extras for bigger/ smaller ears. I have the over ear Sony WF-1000XM3 and love them. I got these just to have options. I also have a set of the Bose SoundSport "wireless" which I always seemed to have to adjust and tighten up the fit with them. That's what lead me to these Sony true wireless buds. If you really want legitimate noise canceling the over ear 1000XM4 would be a solid bet but if you're looking low profile these are great. If my opinion changes I'll update this review I grabbed them on sale for $179.99 which I think is a good price point

Worth my investment

When I looked at the product as a whole, first thing I noticecd was the smooth charging case, the interchangeable ear pieces to fit all sizes (OSFM), and the earbuds with the right earpieces fit perfectly into my ears with no hassle. Both left and rght are secure and have not ropped out of my ears, conversely to the apple earbuds would. The noise canceling feature is the best part of this set, because when I have them on I hardly notice my suroundings so it makes me extra cautious. Ambient pause for the lefft side (changeable) is really what sets these earphones apar from the rest because no other earbuds have such a feature, which makes these, unique. Overall, these earbuds are worth every penny spent. I would definitely recommend these to my social circle or anyone for the matter.

When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear.

I was hoping to use these as a headset as well, but they can’t simultaneously connect to multiple devices. For $180, that’s a feature you shouldn’t have to go without. There was a 5-10 second lag when switching from computer to IP phone (same computer) or cell phone. By that time, callers were already to voicemail. Lack of a mute button also hurts their ability to be effectively used for calls. Lastly, I found their outside the ear design to be a little heavy and they fell out occasionally during light activities. I returned them after about 10 days of use and went with the Jabra Elite 75 which have a mute button and can connect to multiple devices.

Excellent but can’t decide between it and AirPods

Noise cancellation is great, fit is great, even the integration with the iPhone 11 is great but I like the simplicity, size and ease of connectivity of the AirPods Pro. I don’t think you can go wrong either way but will be interested in seeing version 4 bs the AirPods Pro.

Unending features, but not great fit

Everyone's ears are different but mine couldn't handle these in my ears for more than 10 minutes. Sound quality features everything is phenomenal, but if it's not comfortable what's the point? I know multiple people that have these in love them, but they just don't fit me right.
