We will surely take note of your feedback as we always strive to make this a better experience. We recommend using headphones that were designed to be used for working out. The unit is not waterproof. The headset cannot be operated when the touch sensor or your fingers are wet. Wipe off any perspiration or water with a soft dry cloth before an operation and make sure to prevent the water or sweat from entering the unit. The biggest drawback is that they’re uncomfortable to use compared to the Apple version. Ears get somewhat irritated. The other drawback is the way you pair them. It never works as expected. Sometimes you get the hang of pairing them, sometimes it just doesn’t work or takes commands unintended. The last negative, is that they drop signal quite often when on a run. I own a Garmin Venu and an Apple Watch 7. With both, this EarPods lose connection, most of the time just one, the one on the left. But it is frustrating.

The sound quality is unbelievable! And the noise cancelation is as well! Also really likes the many different ear pieces they give you. I'll definitely say the only negative is it can get a bit uncomfortable after hours of use.

Fair warning though, they tend to weigh on the heavier side and can become uncomfortable for long periods of time. Strongly recommend updating them as they have connectivity issues out of if the box.

I didn't read the box very well, they do not work with windows, only Android and Apple. I use the head phones with my tablet. The noise cancelling is pretty good. I had to turn off the automatic power off when you remove one from you ear. Also, when I watch streaming TV and I touch one of the ear pads, it will start to play my Pandora radio service at the same time. It is really strange to hear the news and music at the same time in the ear pieces. I should have done a bit more research before buying. Sound quality is good, the bass settings on the app allow me to control my audio experience. I haven't figured out how to control the volume from the ear pieces, I'm sure its a setting I've missed.

Customer feedback is important to us because it helps us improve our products for the future. For Bluetooth connection issue with your Windows computer, if you haven't yet, please try following the steps below to isolate and fix the problem.
• Make sure that your computer supports Bluetooth Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profile for wireless headphones and speakers connection. You may refer to its manual for details.
• Check that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is on. Then try to make Bluetooth pairing to the headphones.
- Turn on the headset when you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information). The headset enters the pairing mode automatically.
- When you pair a second or subsequent device, put the headset in both ears, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 7 seconds to enter pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function of your computer and select WF-1000XM3.
• If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via the Bluetooth function. In that case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
- Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again.
- If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.
Resetting and initializing the headset may help resolve the issue:
• Resetting the headset
- If the headset does not operate properly even when it is turned on, reset the headset. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
• Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
- The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

ANC not nearly as effective as the over-ear version. Many reviewers say it is close, but not really. It helps clarify the music, but if you just want ANC for a quiet time, it does not work very well. 2. The controls are buggy and unintuitive. 3. The Bluetooth drops every once in a while, usually with my laptop not my phone. 4. It's bulky. Looks big in the ear. 5. On the plus side, the sound is excellent though, and the app is decent. Overall, I would not pay more than $150 for this pair, and to be quite honest, I think the technology still has 2-3 years to go before it is any good.

Bose is large and over the ear and head strap and AirPod is just in ear and unnoticeable. Sound quality and bass is superb in both devices with Bose having an edge. Superb connectivity with apple products and even non- apple like TV. Excellent charging case. A decent pull on day charge but recommend you charge the case often.
