For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

If these were water resistant, I’d give them 5/5. I had to return these. Ended up getting Jaybird Vista, and pleased with that product.

You have a complete setup to your personal taste and the noise cancelling is a lot better than I ever expected. The Ear piece extends securely in your ear, The controls are simple and work far better and natural than its competitorI received a pair of extremely popular ear buds for Christmas (not the Sony's). I could never get them to seal and they would never pass the "seal" test and it affected the noise cancelling. I went to tech support 3 times and still the same issue (again, not the Sony's). I heard the Wf-1000XMR were some of the best sounding headphones for the price. I took the other ear buds back and purchased the Sonys.

I need to say this though, that they do come with different sizes ear holders with in the box, you just have to take your time and find the ones that will fit your ears

Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling off. We highly recommend selecting the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. Beware Windows users: Doesn't work on all win10

Initially they couldn't even be connected but Sony shipped a firmware update that would pair them to my PC but with very choppy/stuttering sound. I have a very popular Dell Inspiron model(released 2017) with Intel 3165 Bluetooth v4.2 module. Sony support hasn't been considerate of the Windows users so I guess PC users of this item are an overlooked minority. On the other hand, if you don't have a PC or are only gonna use them on cellphone etc then go ahead. They are the best in the business. Returning these today.

People talk - I don’t hear them. My neighbors ac unit goes on - I don’t hear it. The only downside is that they don’t do a great job of picking up your voice in phone calls - I’ve been told it sounds like I’m in a tunnel.
