    These were great until they stopped working properly. I was very disappointed that these didn't even last me a year and a half before it had connectivity issues, especially since it's a Sony product.i expected better.

    For the money spent I think it could have been a bit better. One ear piece would disconnect every few minutes and it would get annoying. Maybe mine just had a defect but other than that the sound quality was great.

    When you have the app installed these earbuds sound amazing with music. But for some reason while watching YouTube or tv shows they sounded like the $30 earbuds. With the music though they were really good. You just have to figure out how you like them.

    Great for when i don't want to carry/wear my WH-1000xm3. I get connection issues sometimes. The ANC is great for earbuds. Wish the Earbud case had wireless charging like the Galaxy buds. Soo far, its Okay. Really wish it was better because the WH-1000xm3 are amazing.

    The sound is good, not great. It is difficult to fit the buds in my ears. I’ve tried every size tip and screwed the things halfway through my head and they still fall out. The noise cancel feature is pretty lame.

    Works really well and love auto voice canceling if you are walking/running or moving. Only one issue I found as if your phone is in charge and if you are talking with someone sometimes they get really bad disturbance (I was told it feels like terminator/robotic voice)

    I gave these 4 stars for some occasional drop outs. Other than that these things are by far the best true wireless earbuds. I have indeed tried a bunch over the last couple years. The functionality, noise cancelling and sound on The WF- 1000xm3 earbuds are the top!!

    Over all the earbuds are ok, for the price I would think they would perform better when you are having a conversation. Listening to music .... great! The app you connect to your ...awesome... there needs to be some tweaking with conversation time.

    Sound great. Touch controls didn’t work right. Controls reacted without touching them. Only had to get near buds at times and changes would occur. Got them on sale for good price. May have just gotten a bad pair. Returned for the Bose.

      The touch sensor control panel of your WF-1000XM3 headphones may malfunction, or display erratic behavior, if you quickly move to a cold environment. To isolate this issue, restart (power cycle) your headphones to recalibrate the touch sensors. Set the headset in the charging case. The headset turns off automatically, then remove the headset from the charging case to turn it back on.

      Also, updating the headphones on the latest firmware version may help with the troubleshooting. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Please note we have a customer hotline that is happy to assist you and help troubleshoot any concerns you have.

    The noise cancelation is the best feature on these puppies but they are uncomfortable for me personally. I've had issues with this pair cutting in and out of my music from time to time also.

    These are great sounding earphones. I am still trying to fit the earpiece for better seating in my ears. Because of that The earphones have shifted as I walk or look down or use any change in my head position. Sometimes as I adjusted the headphones back into my ear I triggered the switch that toggles the control off and on for the ambient sound control. The difference in sound quality is amazing. I am impressed. I will try a different earpiece to get a better fit but I love the reminder that it is noisy where I walk but I am not hearing the noise!!

    Purchased these after seeing so many reviews rating them so highly over the past few weeks. They were a direct competitor to the Air Pod Pros but many reviews were saying the sound quality was better. This wasn’t the case for me. The Air Pod Pros (APP) sound much clearer and have better bass response and the active noise cancelling was better. The Sony’s repeatedly cut out on me and the Sony app had a delay opening. Using these with an iPhone 11. These Sony’s are also very very large. Huge. Especially compared to the APPs. The case is also ridiculously large. The active noise cancelling is mediocre and using the app to adjust is just way too fussy. They’re going back and I’ll just stick with the Air Pod Pros.

    The sound is amazing, the ambient sound is incredible, I like the touchtone features.I just don’t like the way they protrude out of my ear and they loosen up when I walk a bit they don’t stay put maybe it’s just my ears with their shape but it’s my review

    Sound quality is great. Earbuds are a little cumbersome, as I have small ears\head. The noise cancelling works well, but not as great in comparison to my daughters Apple Air Pod Pros.. Overall well worth the money and easy to navigate

    They are good, sound quality best. But the software needs some work. The ambient noise control loves to change when you don’t want it to. Also if you want the lights to not blink all the time turn off the always on feature, which then creates a connection issue.
