Air Pod Pros were better

They were a direct competitor to the Air Pod Pros but many reviews were saying the sound quality was better. This wasn’t the case for me. The Air Pod Pros (APP) sound much clearer and have better bass response and the active noise cancelling was better. The Sony’s repeatedly cut out on me and the Sony app had a delay opening. Using these with an iPhone 11. These Sony’s are also very very large. Huge. Especially compared to the APPs. The case is also ridiculously large. The active noise cancelling is mediocre and using the app to adjust is just way too fussy. They’re going back and I’ll just stick with the Air Pod Pros.

These headphones comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. As a suggestion try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud deep into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

The ambient noise control loves to change when you don’t want it to. Also if you want the lights to not blink all the time turn off the always on feature, which then creates a connection issue.

Had some trouble connecting with my older iPod so thought about returning them. After talking to a sales person at Best Buy decided to upgrade my iPod instead. Very glad I did because these ear buds are great. Fantastic sound once you get the right fit with buds secured in your ears. They come with a great variety of tips so getting a good fit is not a problem. The features on the app let you fine-toon the sound which is really great. Overall a great buy if great sound and features are important to you

They are great headphones for all aspects. Working out, at your desk, taking on the phone. The capacitive buttons are finecky but not too much. And there is no volume adjustment on the ear bud.

It’s got different features to mess around with And the noise cancellation is a plus plus!! It literally blocks 90% of the sound! I work with heavy machines and I can hear the crunching just a little bit and it’s relaxing! There are so many features that you can customize that are helpful. The sound is perfect and has a strong kick! The battery like is ok for something that’s wireless and has noise cancellation. It’s around 6-9 hours and the charging case can give you around 20 or so hours from my experience

I have given these a second chance and wow... What a mixed bag. The noise cancelling is decent. They sound good for music, but they're the worse for calls. People will complain how you sound and you'll hate the fact it suddenly feels like your listening through a couple of soup cans when someone calls you. After all the other reviews stating the same thing, no update yet attempting to resolve the issue.. come on Sony, at least make it appear like you're trying to fix the issue. I think the Beats Pro headset was better overall but it's got it's own issues (connectivity). In spite of progress.. true wireless earbuds still have a long way to go
