There's a few bugs here and there that happen, like I use them for the gym and after seeing that their basically not made for that cause they're not "water proof" or whatever than that's just user error. But overall 9/10

Sound is great and noise canceling is top notch. Only issue is phone calls, I’ve been told that I sound horrible during calls. Calls have improved since one of the recent updates. Overall I’m happy with my purchase!

The Sony WH-1000MX3 (headphones) do a much better job at noise cancelling so point blank to me, they are the better purchase and the ones I will be keeping.

But can't complain to much because it makes up with the noise canceling and the sound quality! Haven't noticed any lag when connected to a device whether its my phone or laptop.

I could never find the right fit. I ended up with Earpods Pro. Really love those.

Great noise cancelling and sound, but terrible mic

Good fit (Jabra's are better). And while you can pair to two devices, you can only pair to one at a time, so you have to disconnect from one and connect to the other to switch devices - again Jabra = better. But - no one could hear me when I was on the phone with these - so they went back and I picked up the Jabra's which are better - in that they actually work as a headset :-)

Won't fit all ears

My ears are small and a lot of earbuds can't stay in them. I couldn't walk around outside without having to constantly adjust them to make sure they don't fall out.

I was reluctant at first to purchase the earbuds because of the price but, I thought i would give them a shot. The sound is not to loud and very crystal clear. The noise canceling amazed me at first when I used them at home. I went to the pool hall and used the earbuds. The music was loud and to my amazement I could not hear nothing else but what I was playing in my earbuds. The earbuds adjust to the environment you are in. Amazing and definitely recommend the earbuds 100%.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out.

I can only compare them to regular wired, plug in headphones as I had never tried true wireless headphones up until now. I'll tell you what...any other wireless headphones I try now will have a tough comparison because these headphones are the gold standard! The noise cancelling feature is truly astonishing and the sound is phenomenal. Sony came through again with another great product! If you're on the fence about which ones to buy, get these!

Best Earbuds I’ve Ever Owned

The Bose still work but I wanted truly wireless earbuds. The noise canceling is amazing and I am impressed with how well it works. The IOS app is user friendly and has more features than I expected. The Sony 360 Reality Audio does a good job of replicating an immersive sound, but you’ll ha e to purchase a 3rd party app to get an extensive library of music. Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, SIRIUSXM, Hulu, etc. all sound great. I haven’t used the microphone so I can’t comment on being hands free.
