My husband got them in black and as soon as I tried them I ordered the silver for myself. We have iPhone X and they pair instantly, no connection issues. Easy use, responsive and using the headphones app makes it extremely easy to set your preferences with sound and button control.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Sony headphones connect app. When you connect the smartphone (with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app installed) and the headset via the Bluetooth connection, you can do the following.
- Easy pairing
- Display the remaining battery life of the headset
- Display the remaining battery life of the charging case (The remaining battery life when the headset was removed from the charging case is displayed. )
- Select the Equalizer setting
- Customize the Equalizer setting
- Turn off the headset
- Adjust the playback volume
- Play music/pause, skip to the beginning of the previous track (or the current track during playback)/skip to the beginning of the next track
- Check the connection status and the settings of the headset

The sound quality is very good, the noise cancelling is great its adaptive so if it's less noisy then it adjust to that same as if its louder around you. They feel great in your ear and they come with a bunch of different fittings for you to try out to get the right feel and fit.

I had tried Samsung version in the past and returned them within an hour very disappointed. Also impressed with the noise canceling quality. Sometimes it's actually too good! Just wish they had a longer battery life.

Constantley falling off

The Headphones are constenlty disconnecting from my phone and or iPad. The Noise canceletion is weak, can hear everyone around me. Not really happy with these. I had the Bose heads set for 4 years with out these issues.

You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. Had issues with these not staying connected to my Bluetooth on my phone, kept cutting in and out. Very frustrating to use. Sound was good when you got them to stay connected. Noise canceling was so so. I could still hear things around me. Definitely not as good as the AirPods Pro.

The built in features like auto ambient/noise cancelling/auto detect when your on a tram or train, bus or walking. And the Eq on the app is fire! It has multiple ear tips so small or big ears it will fit! Side note: these are Ok for running too.
