The only thing I personally don’t like about this product is the name. It’s too long. So whenever people asked me for it, I struggle. But other than that, this is worth an investment!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had several pairs of headphones/earphones over the past years (with and w/o active nc) and decided to give these a go as my second pair of wireless earbuds. Gotta say I found the price at the time of my purchase to be a little steep as I didn’t know much about the capabilities of it yet as it’s not like they’re gonna have this on display for everyone to pop this in and out of their ears gross lol. The setup was quick and I was amazed to see the level of tech that goes into just the setup. For example, you can take pictures of your ear, and the app would analyze your ear shape to improve the sound. Also, it comes with a lot of ear tips to fit almost every ear giving you the choice of either foam for added comfort or the rubber tips for better grip. Would definitely recommend.

My husband listens to his music and can’t hear me nagging at him. Lol they sound like a home stereo system but truly has a comfortable and smooth sound.

Trying, but not quite reaching my expectations

Audio quality is great, call quality is a-OK. User interface is not the greatest, it kept turning off by itself until I've updated options on Sony app. It's very cumbersome operation.

We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn your experience around. You can change the setting on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app so that the headset does not turn off by the automatic power off function by wearing detection.
Also, for optimum performance, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Sony wireless noise cancelling...not impressed

They go off and on, in/out while listening to music or talking on the phone. I thought based on the price and Brand name they world be better quality but they aren’t.

You can still hear at lower volumes but once you turn up the volume, even just a little, all the external noise goes away. These are great and would recommend to anyone

The noise canceling feature is great and you can pause at a touch. Switching devices was easy as well.

The noise cancelling works great however, it is not like those of over the ear headphones which have true noise cancelling.

I used it (or attempted to) for approximately 12 hours of work call. The worst problem was inconsistency - same setting and same environment would result in varying microphone quality. When it worked, it worked flawlessly and when it didnt (at least 50% of the times), I got complaints of my voice being garbled, under water, choppy, etc. Sometimes during the middle of the call left ear bud would disconnect and reconnect. Both pairs had same issues and I checked Sony's instructions and guides but nothing fixed those issues.

I planned to use them for my phone, laptop, and tablet. Setup for the phone was quick and easy, and the sound quality was everything people said it would be. But that's where the enjoyment ended, because after a frustrating couple of hours trying to connect them to my tablet (a Surface Pro 6), I discovered by looking through far too many forums that these headphones aren't compatible with Windows 10 devices! How is that even possible in 2019? $230 for a pair of headphones that won't connect to Windows devices? Come on, Sony--you can do better. Even most of the cheapest wireless headphones on the market work with Windows. I'm incredibly disappointed, and will be returning these for a refund.
