Exchange was easy at the local BestBuy store. Got a perfect one with best audio quality. It works flawlessly with my Samsung S9 Plus.

At first I was so excited about them, Boise cancellation and excellent sound they toted. They were amazing on both ends except they hurt my ears, made them hot and kept falling out. I couldn't get used to the design and putting them in. I gave them two days at most before I gave up on them. I just went back to my AirPods gen2. Also the Sony audio app sucked and was nowhere near as good as even the Bose Connect. I am very disappointed because I wanted to love them.

Equalizer settings are good - a bit complicated though. The real deal breaker is the size of the case - huge compared to others. Returned them and bought Apple AirPods pro.

My only compliant is active cancelation activates automatically when sitting. It has an on/ off switch in the app but I'm too lazy to turn it off.

It has a classic sealed design, so audio quality is obviously better than the Airpods I previously used. Active noice cancellation works well on public transit and noisy streets, but I found the pass-through feature useless. However, the reason why I would not recommend these buds for anyone is the terrible call quality. It’s not just bad, it’s literally useless; people on the other side of the call will not understand a single word. There are now better products (including Airpods Pro) on the market today.
