My only compliant is active cancelation activates automatically when sitting. It has an on/ off switch in the app but I'm too lazy to turn it off.

My only issue is they don't have enough bass for them to be so expensive. The Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 pro is a better product.

To maximize the effectiveness of Noise Canceling, it is important to minimize any gap that exists between your ears and the earbuds. A tighter seal may also be achieved by lightly pulling up on the top of the ear and twisting the earbud as you place it in your ear.

Decent earbuds with terrible mics

It has a classic sealed design, so audio quality is obviously better than the Airpods I previously used. Active noice cancellation works well on public transit and noisy streets, but I found the pass-through feature useless. However, the reason why I would not recommend these buds for anyone is the terrible call quality. It’s not just bad, it’s literally useless; people on the other side of the call will not understand a single word. There are now better products (including Airpods Pro) on the market today.
