I've always been a fan of the supperior and sound quality from Sony compared to other manufacturers when its come to my over the headphones, But these are absolutely awful. The earpieces don't fit correctly and fall out of my ears constantly and the weight of the headphones is very apparent when wearing them. The ANC is meh. Go with another brand is all I can say or if you have the extra 100 try the XM4's instead.

For the noise canceling function to be fully effective, select the earbuds that fit your ears the best, and wear the headset correctly.
Different sizes of earbud tips are supplied so that you can achieve the maximum effects of the earbuds. Ear canals vary in size from person to person, and can also vary in size from the left to the right sides. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the right size earbud tips. We also recommend wearing the earbuds properly.
Notes: The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, we recommend to gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.
We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

Great AirPod Pro alternative

The App support for these headphones is amazing with being able to create your own unique sound profile within the app. Now that’s not to say that there is not a small amount of sound leakage with the stock ear tips, but there are aftermarket tips that help rectify this issue without to much extra cost.
