I am still getting used to the way they work. They are not intuitive and the directions to get started are not real clear.

Note the some settings are done through the phone app, not directly on the earbuds. Also, these do come with 6 sets of alternative ear tips, small medium and large, 3 foam and 3 silicone. I strongly suggest that you try all 6 and then choose what works best. I tried them all, and ONLY the large silicone worked. All 5 of the others did not seal well and I got very poor bass sound. Almost thought the buds were crap until I found the right set, and then it was all music...

While we're glad to hear you like the sound quality, we regret to know that you're having constant pressure on your head when putting and wearing them. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. For Bluetooth connectivity issues, you can pair the WF-1000XM3 to TV’s that supports a Bluetooth connection, however, the devices must be compatible. It doesn’t have anything to do with the brand of the product but rather whether your specific model has Bluetooth and the correct Bluetooth profile. This unit requires the A2DP Bluetooth profile for connecting with other devices via Bluetooth. You may need to check the specifications of your TV if it supports the said profile. Please refer to the link below for pairing and connecting the WF-1000XM3 to another device.
