Perfect for Travel and Never Run out of Charge

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these for the noise cancelling, upgrading from an old Sennheiser travel over ear headphones that old noise cancelling tech gave me a headache. These do not! Not as isolating as the over ear they nevertheless remove the sophoric effect air travel usually gives me that I associate with the noise. The dynamic feature is cool but I've stopped using it. These work with Bluetooth audio adapters for the Switch and I've not been limited by their full wireless capabilities. Battery life is perfect. I rarely find myself hitting low battery because there is usually some reason to put them in the case. 10 minutes later I can take them out and keep going. The only downside is that I think I need to have dedicated cleaning swabs for the case in the long term. I never had that feeling with wired headsets.

Not worth the money

At the gym in an hour I must have had a dozen dropouts where the music died and took maybe 30 secs to come back. Not acceptable. Also these simply did not fit well, even trying many different tips. Returned.

Great Option to the Apple Air Pods

One of my main decision points was ability to use the left or the right device by itself. Most earphones will allow you to use one of them at a time but can only be the right one. The left one only works with the right one in. However, the Sony WF-1000XM3 allows me to select. This allows for maximum availability of the devices as I can have one charging while I use the other one. I can go at least a couple of days without the need to charge the charging case. Sounds is excellent as well. Comes with a ton of ear pads that will allow you to find the exact one that will fit your ear. Set up process to sync to my IPhone was easy as well

You NEED these earbuds!!!!!!!!

They sound amazing and the noise canceling ins phenomenal. When I found out that they made ear buds I couldn't stop researching and constantly wanting them. I finally bit the bullet and purchased them. Ever since then I do not regret it at all. They are and have been the best ear buds I've had so far. They're as good and the over-the-ear headphones that Sony makes. The only thing that you should know is that they are not "sport" ear buds. If you use them while sweating they tend to get loose and almost fall out, so maybe you should try a size up cushion. Other than that these ear buds are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough.

Eartips and phone connectivity issues

Pros: The sound range is great and the 3 sound profiles, including noise cancelling, are great and work as intended. I like that you hear phone conversations through both earbuds. Cons: The eartips will not stay in my ears. I've had complaints of poor sound quality and have had connectivity issues when using these for phone calls. I have tried both versions of the largest eartips and if I am moving, which is the whole point of having wireless earbuds, they will not stay securely in my ears and drop constantly. This pretty much eliminates the usable functionality of these for me. Plus connectivity during phone calls has been spotty.

Crisp, brilliant and so far the battery length is great for true wireless headphones. Sound wise, you can hear multiple locations at once, front, side, back, all around, all at once. Crisp highs and strong lows. Sony has outdone themselves with these. Software wise, there is a 360 audio setup which I highly suggest you do. The only issue which is just a matter of reconnecting is if you have them off the battery and it connects to another device like your car, you have to disconnect from these and reconnect via the headphones app though when then they play and I am astounded. Also, highly suggest using a Bluetooth 5.0+ phone. Haven't used on a phone or device that doesn't have 5.0 yet but just figured I'd throw this disclaimer out.

Good Sounding Ear Pods

Not experienced with ear pods so can't compare against others. Have only come out once while bending over to pick something off of ground. Have lost contact with phone a few times but always came back on after a few seconds. I use for music listening and they sound very good.

The spectrum of sound has me lost in whatever I'm watching or listening to. It literally sounds like the artist singing is in the middle of your skull and the sound from instruments or whatever are coming from surrounding sources. There's just not enough bass. It's a very clean bass on the low spectrum. But when you get closer to mid bass I feel like it can get weak. The rubber buds themselves are kind of uncomfortable. And a couple reviews online say all the buds supplied feel like an "in-between size" I don't like how they pair. I wish you could just switch from one side to the other but to do so you have to adjust android settings or sony app settings. So you've got one bud going dead and then you can't really use the other unless you do some work. Overall I do enjoy these. But definitely not for extended listening. I wouldn't pay full price. Oh and they look good in your ear vs alot of other models. The galaxy ones looks silly to me.

Great earbuds but fit could be better

Noise canceling is great but seal could be more secure. Samsung’s ear buds feel more secure because of the ear wings/tips and i wish these had that. To be able to customize that would make these perfect. But overall these are great. Touch is very responsive but too bad there’s no way to adjust volume on them.

Use the app on your phone and you get some awesome control options such as Noise-Reduction(like on a work site), and the ability to tweak the Amplifier. The bass is top-notch. I listen to Technical Death Metal and Rap and these are versatile and capable of handling loud volume from both of these types. There is absolutely depth to the audio and I am someone who appreciates the layers these speakers bring to the table.

It blows Apple and Bose out fo the water . I love that I can feel and hear the bass and have a wide sound stage as well as music separation. Feels heavy. Have to find proper ear tip to seal out outside sounds. Overall Good product but could have been better.

They fell out of my ear less over time but it's always a possibility when jogging with them in. Sound quality is great.

Great sound cancelling, doesn't feel secure

I upgraded to Comply replacement ear foams, and they stick better now, but overall I have to quickly re-insert them if I begin to notice any sort of movement or else they'll end up on the floor.

And for the touch sensors to work properly: the single tap must be very short/quick. If the finger touches the sensor “too long” during the tap => it will not work. Please refer to our instructional video from YouTube by searching the WF-1000XM3.
Note also:
Tap the touch sensor while holding the headset between your thumb and middle finger. If the headset moves when you tap the touch sensor, the headset may not operate. When tapping the touch sensor 2 or 3 times, tap it quickly with an interval of about 0.4 seconds between taps.
