They charge fast and stay charged for long periods of time. The noise cancellation works great. Only con I have found is that wind is very noisy in them when I am running or walking outside. (But, live in a very windy location).

They include a bunch of tips in the box so you should be able to find one that fits your ears best. Only, and biggest, downside is phone quality is absolutely garbage. If you're in a semi noisy area, like a busy street, the other person can't hear you at all. You simply cannot use these ear buds to make phone calls

Great sounding in ear

Seleting the ear inserts are easy. You maybe switching back and forth to get the right fit and sound but after its done you'll enjoy music and comfort. The in ear will always be a little sore at first but you'll get use to it in a few days. I did wish the ambient mode would pick up on better enviro sounds and voice. I feel it doesnt get enough environmental sound to make you feel like your safe walking down the street. One issue is i feel that the left ear pod is always discharging faster that the right that could be do to the fact that sony makes it the assistant voice unit. My other issues is maybe i enjoy them so much i expect a longer battery life. I feel im always recharging them. I guess there that enjoyable time flies. I really do enjoy these ear phones. Sony always comes through with sound and fit.

Found that I was always holding my hand near them not to loose them. Seems a bit heavy to stay in the ear. I can just walk around with them on. Constantly hitting the button just trying to keep them in.

Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise-cancelling experience. If the earbud tips tend to come off or you feel that there are insufficient low-frequency sound and a difference in volume between the left and right units, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. Feel free to test them again once done with our suggestions.

Great minus the unexplained battery issue

So I took then back and got a free pair on the warranty through geek squad. Working with electronics, inknow these thing can sometimes happen.

In fact, I returned them after 3 days. The sound was great but even after trying all the different size ear pieces, they kept falling out of my ears and were actually uncomfortable. Worth a shot, I’ll keep looking!

Not worth the money

Sound was good but not great for the price i paid which was 200. ANC did a weird thing where it would activate ambient when a phone call started making it impossible to hear the caller. Fit was wonky as well. I ended up exchanging for WFSP800.

This may occur in the following situation: When the Adaptive Sound Control is set to On, the Headphones Connect app detects your action and adjusts the setting of the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound Control. We recommend to turn off the Adaptive Sound Control function and adjust the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound Control manually.

The noise cancelation is superb along with an option to deactivate manually or via walk detection. Case is a bit big but whatever they work!

And, I've used multiple ear buds that it comes with to find a good fit but haven't had much luck. Probably just a me issue. I also have the airpod pro, and in my opinion the airpod pro is a little better, mainly when on the phone, specifically for the receiving/listening person. I've been repeatedly told that they hear too much ambient noise with the Sony, than with the airpods. Otherwise, for listening to music, I can't tell much difference.

• Resetting the headset
- If the headset cannot be turned on or cannot be operated even when it is turned on, reset the headset. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Device registration (pairing) information and other settings will be retained.

• Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
- The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

I love the form factor which allows for gesture support to navigate through ambient noise levels for hearing those around you, as well as audio playback volume and start / stop, Further the look with both black and silver is very attractive. The Sony WF-1000XM3 buds have the same well machined feel typical of other Sony products. In terms of looks, I find it to be a classy look. It definitely doesn't look bulky. Charging the era buds is easy, they magnetically snap into their respective left / right bezel in the charging case and the case charges with USB-C. Syncing was a cinch, between NFC or bluetooth Overall, these pair of ear buds changed everything in a very unexpected way for me I honestly recommend anyone get them at least to try, they are a game-changer!
