I tried changing a different ear sizes that came with the air phones. And yet for some problem it will not stay in my right ear.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. Please refer to the link below for more details.

I use them on both my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge and my iPhone 8 and my Windows laptop. Only beef I have is that when it's used for phone calls, the fidelity is not the best and wavers in and out. But if you are using it to listen to music and recordings or watching videos, it is fantastic. Once I got used to all the buttons and app, I found it to be great. Going strong after almost two years still.

For call quality concerns, we recommend performing the following steps:
Install the latest firmware update.
Initialize the headset.
Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
The indicators (blue) flash 4 times (), and the headset is initialized.

For the noise canceling function to be fully effective, select the earbuds that fit your ears the best, and wear the headset correctly. SONY provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

The sound constantly fades in and out, whether you are using them to listen to music, or on the phone. Do yourself a favor and don’t use these on an important call. You will be beyond frustrated. The noise canceling is superb. All in all, these are not worth the money. The constant losing connection and fading in and out on sound is a deal breaker. I’ve owned Bose in the past, big mistake trying Sony.

Falls out of my ear

The audio is great and I liked the esthetics. BUT it does not fit in my ear properly and fell out several times. I tried all 7 earplugs and not one stop it from falling out or being ill-fitted. It was not comfortable in my ear. Then the ANC was annoying and would pause my audio when I moved from walking to sitting, etc. Noise-canceling was fair though. I ended up returning it.

And to resolve the issue where the music pauses automatically when you're walking or moving, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control function using the Sony | Headphones Connect app.. This function detects four patterns of behavior (Staying, Walking, Running, and Transport) using the acceleration sensor of your smartphone and automatically switch between Noise Canceling and Ambient Sound Control modes based on the setting for each behavior pattern.
