My son bought these for himself and he uses them all the time. I tried them and I think they are super cool. The features are new and neat. The sound is crisp and they don't hurt your ears. They fit perfectly as well as has a really cool feature that allows one to mute the sound without taking out the earpiece. It is one of the coolest pair of earphones I have ever used. A little expensive.

I choose the Sony because of the quality of the Brand. To quote Indiana Jones “ I Chose Wisely” these are unbelievable in quality of sound and noise canceling. I wear these mowing(riding mower) and when I first engaged noise canceling I needed to look down and make sure the mower was running correctly. They stay in your ear with no issue and are not loose.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort or falling out while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

Awesome noise canceling, bad call performance

However, I can’t use these for calls on my MacBook Pro, or for watching movies on my tv, for some reason. The audio and/or mic gets choppy in both those uses. It also unfortunately doesn’t have the greatest battery life either. If I’m using them while working, I have to keep alternating between listening a few hours and charging.

Thanks for taking the time to review your WF-1000XM43. The headset turns on automatically and the indicator (blue) flashes when you removed the headset from the charging case. In the factory setting, when you wear the headset, the indicator turns off. When you are wearing the headset, you can check various statuses of the headset with the voice guidance. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. As a suggestion, you may try setting the Bluetooth Connection Mode (Sound quality mode) to Priority on stable connection and see if it resolves the problem. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
