The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. If the earbud tips tend to come off or you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound and a difference in volume between the left and right units, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears.

They had connectivity issues where one would connect but the other wouldn't so I would turn them off then back on and the other one would connect and the other one wouldn't. On top of that the sound really wasn't anything special. Not worth the money in my opinion. I have had less problems with my galaxy buds and I think they might sound just as good also.

They sync up just by opening and pulling out an ear piece, great noise cancelling and very good sound. Just wish hit had a earphone finder like the galaxy buds.

Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. These are the Greatest....Oh Wait...They're Dead

I tried fixing via Sony web-site and support but with no luck. I have kept these in the case the entire time while not in use and manly use them only for conference calls or listening to music while grocery shopping. The sound WAS great, the noise cancelling was great, the comfort was great. I will keep trying to get them to work, but looks like they are headed to the great trash bag in the sky. Bought in October 2020, have less than 30 hours of use out of them when they died.

While we're glad you like the sound quality and noise canceling feature, we are sorry to hear the left earbud is not working properly. We appreciate all of your feedback as it helps improve the product. We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem. If the left earbud does not turn on and produce sound, your headset may not be charging properly. Place the headset in the charging case and check to see if the charging indicator light up. Resetting and initializing the headset may help resolve the issue:
Resetting the headset
• Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
• Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
• Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
• Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings.
• Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
• The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized.

The WF-1000Xm3 are the perfect headset for when you're out and about and dont want to wear a big, over the ear headset. Sound great and have a phenomenal phone mic connection. Highly recommend these ear buds.
