My main concern was if it was going to drown out the data center noise when I am working. Worked perfectly well and better than my Bose. Sound is awesome. Enjoying the wireless feature simple to use touch controls on the ear pieces. Only issue is when talking to some while I was in a data center they said they could barely hear me.

They do come with a sort of silicon type of buds which you can replace easy. Plus the app you download to set up with also has many neat features including a very good equalizer. They've also fixed a major Windows bug issue that I saw before I bought this; have a Surface and these work great with it.

Needed to find ear buds that were comfortable in my ears. These have so many options I was able to mix and match to fit each ear. The noise canceling works but do need to keep head in a steady position to maintain the seal. Just used on three flights and they worked to cancel out most voices. I need to improve my use of touching the bud to change to noise canceling but could also fall back on app.

And for the touch sensors to work properly: the single tap must be very short/quick. If the finger touches the sensor “too long” during the tap => it will not work.
Note also:

Great choice for noise cancellation

I just used them on a long haul flight and the noise cancellation is great. You have to select the best fitting tips to get the best seal. They do feel like they put more pressure on the insides of my ear vs other earbuds. No issues with Bluetooth on an Android phone. It would not pair with a hi res music player. The app helps you fine-tune the buds. I wish they were more comfortable to wear.

Positive: Sony wf 1000xm3 has an amazing app, music sound and a decent noise canceling Negative: People I try to talk to can't hear my voice, and I get complaints about my background being so loud. Its not water resistant, and very uncomfortable in my ear. The price isn't worth the earbuds.
