Music played sounds rich in quality and I have not once experienced connectivity issues unlike some other comparable earbuds out there. Also pairing them in the beginning is a snap, just tap the case to your phone and nfc does the rest for you once you confirm.

Ordered these because of all the positive reviews I read and they were $100 cheaper than the other pairs of true wireless earbuds I was looking at. Overall, the sound was great and had no complaints; decent lows and vibrant highs on a wide range of genres. Overall call quality was good, too. I heard feedback that I often sounded a little distant but there were no issues in understanding me. The mics also did a good job of blocking surrounding noise. The reason for the low rating comes down to overall comfort. I could not wear these for more than 45 minutes to an hour. After an extended period of time, my ears hurt. It was more than just the size/right fit of the tips I was using. I tried different sizes going between the foam and silicon tips that came in the package. The pain wasn't where the tip contacted the ear but from the earbuds sticking so far hour. I tried adjusting the position and pushing them in farther (obviously without hurting myself) and nothing helped. I felt like I had something pulling down on my ear and it After about 7-10 days of regular usage, I decided to return them for something more comfortable. While the sound was great, a $200 pair of earbuds should be comfortable enough for extended periods.

Best earbuds I have

If I really want to enjoy my music, I will pull these out. The sounds is just miles better than my next expensive pair. The sound is much more fuller, and the noise cancelling definitely helps. The only reason why I don't wear them all the time is that I paid so much for these that I'm afraid to wear them outside.

I loved a lot about these headphones, however trying to use the Sony app on my iPhone was annoying. While listening to Spotify, I noticed an annoying gap in playback while the phone tried to figure which app to use. I took the headphones back and don't really miss them. Meh

We're glad you like outstanding sound quality and excellent noise canceling of the headphones. As a workaround with the issue, we recommend that the app is updated as well as the firmware version of the headphones (via Sony Headphones Connect app). The app can also be removed and reinstalled as an additional step.
We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. Great Earbuds with Quality However...

Not to mention that it requires to put on the left bud in order to use the right side independently. I have the Galaxy Buds and they let me put in the right side without bothering with the left bud, why can't Sony get this right? Overall, still great earbuds with the sound quality.

The 15 days return policy is not enough to test a product, Bought it on June 1st, did the initial set up and updates. Worked fine when I was listening to music all day (I was quite happy about the sound quality). Things started going sideways 20 days after the date of purchase. I started using it for my video conferences and that’s when I noticed how horrible the microphone was. People on the other end were always asking me to repeat myself. As if that was not enough, it disconnects itself from the phone randomly (be it while you are watching your shows, listening to music or during phone calls). Went online to do some reading about my issues and a lot of people were having the same problems. Now I can’t return it, I have the insurance on it for 2 years but I don’t even think that getting a replacement will fix this.
