I do find them slightly uncomfortable at times with how they need to be shoved into the ear (and yes, I've tried all the different tips). Because of this, I find myself still using Air Pods for casual listening, these for short plane hops, and my over ears for the longer hauls.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on using the WF-1000XM3. While we are glad to hear that you like the sound quality, we regret that the noise cancelation did not meet your expectations. The noise-cancelling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely cancelled. We also provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit, please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

Being able to have multiple settings with the equalizer and Ambient sound to noise cancelling is unbelievable. The only drawback is you have to download an app to have these earbuds function properly so therefore I cannot link them to my 4K television. With having this kind of sound with True wireless connection is unbelievable.

Great wireless earpods!

The only con is that the rubber ear piece can cause a bit of a headache when I take them out after long usage. A very good pro is that I can lay comfortably in bed with these and watch movies on my phone.

Refer to the following reasons why your hear/ears hurt when putting on or wearing the headphones.
- The design may not fit your head and/or ears. They may be too big, too small, or too tight.
Note: M-sized hybrid silicone rubber earbud tips come attached to the left and right units of the headphones at the time of purchase. Try different designs and shapes to find one that fits comfortably.
- You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
- How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.
Note: You may need to limit your headphone usage.
