They 're larger than I imagined, but they have enough options for ear plug attachments that they should fit pretty much anyone's ear holes. Best sounding earbuds I've tried by a long shot. My only con would be the (once again) rather poor Sony software needed to operate them.

Close to an over the ear

At first I thought the bass was not enough but when I changed to the right ear tip, the bass just came a live at times I had to reduce it. Sony is known for the best headphones and this is no different.

No doubt about it the Sony sounds way better than the AirPod Pro but the AirPod Pro is much more reliable for phone calls and Day to day use. I will be keeping both using the Sony’s on planes and other longer listening activities but AirPod Pro is for regular use for me.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. great product if only they stayed in ear

You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. My favorite pair of headphones
