They flop around even with comply foam tips. Just not stable unless you're sitting somewhere. Also, when I used them on the phone people complained they couldn't hear me or my mic was breaking up. But music quality out of these is insanely good!

We have taken note of your issues. Customer feedback is important to us because it helps us improve our products for the future. Good to know that you like its sound quality. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. Feel free to test them again once done with our suggestions.
Please make sure that the headphones has the latest software update to improve the overall performance, please use the Headphones Connect app to update the software. Resetting and Initializing the headphones will also help on resolving the issue.
• Resetting the headset
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.

• Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
- The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

My biggest issue with this ear bud is connectivity

It constantly disconnect while listening to the music or on phone calls. Also, it will stay still in my ear. However, I like most of the features in the ear bud but I have to return it because of connectivity

The software update includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling off. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. They sound great and the bluetoothvery stable. She uses them primarily for the gym; they're not IP rated, but as long as she isn't using them in the pool, sauna, or rain, I don't think it'll be an issue.

I even played with the size of the ear molds but it would continue to fall out no matter how many times i tried. I like the noise cancellation but I didn't like the disconnection for my iphone and the bulkiness of the case. I would recommend the airpod pros over the sonys... they are a little more expensive but the comfort is amazing and they dont fall out when I run. I like the Sound on the Bose Q35 better but the Air pods Pro meet my needs the best

Secret to effective noise canceling is tight fit of earbuds into ear canal... try the all for markedly different experience. App is adequate.
