For apple users, the earpod pros are better for all around every day use (to include talking on the phone) but when I want the best sound, these are better. Would purchase again

They are very light and easy to wear. Sometimes it seems to be falling off but stays put in my ear. I like to take long walks and listen to audiobooks while walking. This headphone has noise cancelling and no wires tangling.

While we're glad that you like great audio quality of these earbuds, we're sorry to learn if the left unit tends to move in your ears causing it to fall out with just a little movement.
For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.
Note: If the earbud tips tend to come off in your ears when you shake your head, we recommend to change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears.
We regret to hear that the headphones had to be returned. We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

These headphones were great for like 2 days. After that, my left earbud kept saying. I would do a hard reset, it would start working again but then a day after it stops. I had A LOT of latency issues, and I had to repair my headphones SO MANY TIMES especially if I'm switching to another device. The last issue I had that I couldn't fix was the volume level. The sound level were so low even when my volume was at max. This part got really annoying because I was hearing my surroundings more than the music itself! When I first tried these on, they sounded perfect but after testing firna few days, it gave too many problems. I contacted sony about this, but they were no help.
