While we're happy that you like the incredible sound quality, we regret to know you've been running into some issues with the headphones battery life is short or the battery power does not last long. For available operating time of the unit, the usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use. Also, when the Equalizer function is used, the playback time will be shorter by about 45% at most. Check the Available operating time in your model's Help Guide for operating times of the headphones on a fully-charged battery.

If you enable the following functions, the operating time will be shorter.

• Equalizer
• DSEE Extreme, DSEE HX, DSEE
• Note: If you activate the Equalizer and DSEE Extreme (or DSEE HX, DSEE) at the same time, the operating time will be shorter than if you enable only one of the functions.
• Speak-to-Chat
• Priority on sound mode while using Bluetooth
• Voice assistant
• Automatic wind noise reduction

While we're glad to hear you like the sound quality, we regret to know that you're having constant pressure on your head when putting and wearing them. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. Thank you for purchasing the WF-1000XM3 True Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones. While we're glad you like most of the features, we regret to hear that the unit had to be returned. We value your input regarding the fit and appreciate the feedback.

For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, we recommend to gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

For Bluetooth connectivity issues, you can pair the WF-1000XM3 to TV’s that supports a Bluetooth connection, however, the devices must be compatible. It doesn’t have anything to do with the brand of the product but rather whether your specific model has Bluetooth and the correct Bluetooth profile. This unit requires the A2DP Bluetooth profile for connecting with other devices via Bluetooth. You may need to check the specifications of your TV if it supports the said profile. Please refer to the link below for pairing and connecting the WF-1000XM3 to another device.
