• For fit concern, we provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.
• For Bluetooth connection issue: The WF-1000XM3 has a new Bluetooth chip and an optimized antenna design to provide a stable connection for hours of wireless streaming. To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection”. When an option on the app is, “sound quality or connectivity”, one or the other... kind of tells you something might be up if you have to choose between the two. There was a popping sound when ever it dropped the connection. And multiple devices, as in connected on two phones, huge lag time when its switching. Seems like firmware on the device is lacking. Its onboard computing instructions needs an update or something..for $240 tax included i expect it to be a lot less "buggy".

Clear Sound, Can't handle the bass.

However, if you listen to a lot of music like I do, and some of it has significant bass, forget about it. Ain't happening. I want to heart the bass if it's in the music. If it's there, it's meant to be heard. These earphones just don't cut it for an overall good rating. Limit your range of music listening and only choose songs with minimal bass, or if you just don't care about enhanced bass reproduction........................and they're a 9 out of 10.

I particularly love the “ambient sound” mode allowing you to still hear your surroundings while wearing the headphones. Not a very good microphone quality however, but for my usage that’s fine. If you have an iPhone you cannot use Siri with them. You can use Google Assistant, but it’s not the easiest compatibility. Bluetooth connections is General is fast and efficient, even with Apple products.
