    Do not hold in the ear. Sound terible no bass at all. You can buy much better ones for 10$

    Always dead.

    I'm on my second pair of these because I though there was something wrong with my original pair. The earbuds are always dead after being taken out of the case and the case will be fully charged, looked online and it seems like it's a common issue with these. I'll be returning then for a different brand.

    Blew Up while charging

    Known Systemic Power Issue

    Sony has a known systemic power issue with these headphones. Mind were out of warranty so though it was a known issue they would not fix the headphones. Save yourself the frustration, do not purchase until Sony gets this issue fixed.

    If i could give a 0 i would. Strait trash dont buy. These headphones ruined my Christmas. I returned them to lose 50. Beats studio buds are garbage but are better. If you buy you will waste 250...

    Noise Cancellation

    I didn't like the change that cancellation makes oh when they close the car door I work as a driver every jump I make my head started to hurt that was the only thing I didn't like

    Not worth the headache

    Wish i knew what these buds are like if they worked. Fresh out the box and wont even go into pairing mode. What a disappointment!!!!!
