It is recommended changing the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The sound quality was decent. I also found annoying was the app. You have to use 2 apps in order for it to work properly. The thing that annoyed me the most was I tried all the ear tip fit feature and it seem not to slwork properly. I also found annoying is how heavy it felt in my ears and it felt loose and I was afraid they would fall out!

Very muddied mids, poor instrument separation, anc wasnt as good as described. The denon pearl pro are on sale for $150. I'd highly suggest those over the sonys for the price. If you want true audiophile grade earbuds check out the noble fokus rex5.

Definitely not the best out there.

Spatial sound cannot match Apple’s technology. The case top is flimsy it feels as cheap as a $10 set of earphones. The ANC just barely works and sound leaks in even with the largest set of ear cushions. Also, you need an app to get the most of these and that should not be the case. I have the Sony link buds with the open back and they’re far better than these things all around. Save your money, these do not beat the top earbuds on the market.
