    Had these for 3 months. About to throw them out. Using with an iPhone 15 and Samsung Flip 5. When I make calls and there is any background noise people tell me that they can not hear me. They also frequently disconnect from my iPhone and Samsung Android phone. Going back to my Apple Air Pod Pros. Stay away…..these are terrible.

    Only had them for a few weeks and they already dont turn on when i take them out of the case. I have to put them back in and take them back out everytime for them to turn on

    Left earbud went out after two weeks

    I purchased these headphones after watching several reviews online. I hesitated a little due to battery issues with previous generations. I pulled the gun anyway, and purchased them. The left earbud went out exactly 2 weeks later. I'm now trying to replace them through sony's mfg warranty. This really sucks.

    These sound great and fit okay aside from pain. Xm4s fell out less. I returned these since they’re slippery and don’t fit with available tips (for me)

    I'm disappointed in this purchase. I thought it would have megabase and it doesn't plus the overall sound quality is not what it used to be with Sony. For $300.00 trust me you can do way better

    I love them . They are super lightweight comfortable. They have with multiple ear shaped to fit comfortably and they last for hours . Working out they don’t fall go easily and the noise cancelling really blocks people talking

    2 Star with the included foam tips because none fit and none block the noise well. 5 Star with aftermarket tips. These earbuds are great but the foam tips ruin the experience.

    Mic suffers

    Ear buds fit fine but the mic would suffer and fail to pick up my voice during calls with background noise. Noise cancellation was ok. May be great depending on your environment.

    Don’t Buy

    Nothing but problems with these headphones. When I put the earbuds into my ear, no sound comes out of the right ear. I have to reset the right earbud into the case and then pull it out again, every single time, which is really annoying. I’ve been dealing with Sony technical support on this and they’re absolutely terrible to deal with.

    These earbuds basically didn't do any noise cancelling. I literally turned on and off the ANC and could very barely tell it was turned off. The battery on the case also was terrible and died after a few uses because it's tiny.

    The charging case keeps bugging and when I tried returning it for another one they charge me $100 for it, I had best buy total too.
