As a contractor that's moving all day, I need something small that stays in place. Did some research to find a lot of people have this problem and end up returning or getting new ear tips. Not cool for how expensive they were.

Still good, but has been better

Noise canceling, with the included tips, even with silicone/foam tips, and I miss them telling me up front the state of the battery, all you get now is a connection confirmation beep.

The XM4s were an absolute nightmare—terrible fit, horrendous comfort, and unbearable for daily use. I exchanged them, and years later, decided to give the XM5s a chance, hoping they had improved. Spoiler alert: they haven't. If anything, they're just as atrocious, if not worse (and yes, it might just be me). Test them vigorously and if they even remotely resemble my experience, return them IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, life will get in the way and you'll be stuck with these dreadful headphones. Side note: sound quality is good.
