My only complaint is I wish battery life were slightly longer, and it has very intermittent connection issues.

To address the intermittent connection, please try navigating to the Sony | Headphones Connect app and changing the Bluetooth Connection Quality setting to Prioritize Stable Connection under the Sound tab, which often resolves minor dropouts. They come with 4 different sized rubber ear plugs. The app for them is very good. There is sound presets along with an equalizer. Phone calls are clear with no distortion. The noise canceling is decent but could be better in my opinion. Overall sound quality is very good. I highly recommend these earbuds.

Excellent audio for Zoom/Teams

I ride a motorcycle, ans these are a daily use for me because of the ANC that Sony uses, and it blocks out almost ALL outside sound. I highly reccomend this.

So, if you see a pattern, then you're correct - these are really great overall earbuds. If you have the budget and are looking for one of the best earbuds, then I highly recommend giving these a try.
