Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WF-1000XM5. Your feedback about the Adaptive Sound Mode is greatly appreciated. This function automatically adjusts the noise canceling function depending on your behavior. The earbuds may not work as designed if they are not worn properly, or the size of the earbud tips doesn't match the size of your ear canals.
