Terrible when it comes to phone calls, on your end you can hear them fine. On their end you get either an echo or a lot of interference. I’ve tried multiple people, different locations. Thought it was maybe service on my end or my phone. Also on an iPhone you can’t edit the “change tap function”.. just buy the AirPods Pro.

I was very surprised when I used them on my last flight, the noise cancellation we not good at all. I used the app too set the modes and I just want happy considering the price and hype. I would not recommend these earbuds.

However, not a downgrade either. My xm4 was starting to not hold a full charge, and i needed a new pair. The Sony music app held my settings, so setup was easy. Om not a fan of 360 audio or any of that so eq is all i need to get set up personally .the pass through voice festure is a grest piece of tech and does a grest job telling voices from noise in most environments.
