I personally think you can get better from a different brand at a lower cost.

Sound quality is really good, fitment is better than any previous iteration the battery life is a little better. Overall a great pair of buds.

No matter what size earpiece I use they just dont seem snug, but they're not uncomfortable and they do stay in place. I use them a lot for conference calls and have been told the call quality is amazing, so there is that. I'm not convinced they're worth the high cost and I probably wouldn't buy them again.

The ear tips are uncomfortable and don't seem to have a size that seals well without hurting or being loose. From what others say online, buying 3rd part tips are a gamble and don't seal well. The Sony app for these are also terrible. There is little to no control customization, as well as active noise cancelling turning on and off at random with loud pop sounds that hurt.

For the comfort and seal issues, we recommend using the "Determines Optimal Earbud Tips" tool within the Sony | Sound Connect app, which measures air-tightness to help you find the best fit among the included sizes. Regarding the popping sounds and ANC behavior, please ensure "Adaptive Sound Control" is turned off in the app, as this feature automatically switches settings based on your movement and can sometimes cause audible transitions. If the issue persists, a factory initialization through the app may help resolve these software behaviors.
