For the comfort and seal issues, we recommend using the "Determines Optimal Earbud Tips" tool within the Sony | Sound Connect app, which measures air-tightness to help you find the best fit among the included sizes. Regarding the popping sounds and ANC behavior, please ensure "Adaptive Sound Control" is turned off in the app, as this feature automatically switches settings based on your movement and can sometimes cause audible transitions. If the issue persists, a factory initialization through the app may help resolve these software behaviors.
