We recommend trying all four sizes of the included noise isolation ear tips and using the "Determine Optimal Earbud Tips" test in the Sony | Sound Connect app to ensure you have a perfect, airtight seal.

We are truly sorry for the frustration caused by the noise reduction cutting out unexpectedly. We understand how disruptive that can be when you’re relying on your music. To resolve this, please check the "Adaptive Sound Control" setting in the Sony | Sound Connect app. This feature often automatically switches to "Ambient Sound" based on your movement, which can feel like the noise cancellation has been deactivated.
