These little buds are actually quite nice, however the Best Buy website said they are noise cancelling and they most certainly are not.

Absolutely trash.only one working out of box tried on 3 different devices one being an I phone.all trouble shooting done I will never buy Sony products

I would not give a 1 star had there been an option for "0 stars". Not a reliable brand at all. I had a different model of Sony headphones , and it broke by the hinge. Reached out to both US and Japan headquarters about the issue. Received a reply email stating that the Sony engineers agree that there is a defect with the product, but they cannot exchange it because it was out of warranty. If a product has a defect, and company admits it, then why does not matter what the purchase date it. Anyway I highly recommend to stay away from sony headphones in general.

I had high hopes, based on other Sony headphones, but was very disappointed. the Bluetooth was shaking and after a week, it simply stopped charging.

3 months into ownership and the earbuds quit working. I’ve called Sony to send them. Currently, not satisfied with this purchase.

3/22/2022 Review: Bought them and initially enjoyed them. This was until I tried pairing them to my laptop. Pairing these headphones to more than one device(not connected concurrently) is a pain. The worst part of all is the white noise. These headphones constantly play unbearable white noise, and if you do some research this is a wide spread issue.

These are a waste of money. One of the buds broke in half after less than 2 months of use. Now it is not usable. My daughter is so disappointed.
