While we're glad you like the great sound quality of the earbuds, we regret to hear that it had to be returned due to incompatible fit with your ear shape. We understand that finding the perfect fit can vary from person to person. We recommend trying different ear tip sizes and experimenting with the positioning to achieve a snug and comfortable fit. We also suggest checking out our other Sony wireless earbuds such as Sony Linbuds S, WF1000XM4, and WF1000XM5 and try to fit them at the store if possible to make sure it suits you perfectly. Recipient is pleased and says sound quality is good enough but most importantly, buds don't fall out of ears, even at the gym. Android users: don't let the confusing "for Apple" nonsense on the box deter you (it's Bluetooth, after all). They're pairing with a Fitbit watch, Android phone and Android tablet and should work as easily on any other platform. Once again, extra kudos for Best Buy's next day local delivery.

I wanted wireless like the AirPods but at an affordable price. Unfortunately, one of the head phones wouldn’t work after a year of having them. Another con is that you need to download an app to use these devices. Other than that, great for the price and practical use.

Very seldom will the sound wave, as when the buds disconnect/reconnect to the phone but not at the same time so the sound goes from one ear to the other. But this happens very seldom. On my Amazon buds this was happening multiple times during even just 30min of listening. With Sony's it happens maybe a couple of times a week. They are comfortable to wear, stay well during running. Overall, good ear buds. Especially if you can get them on sale.

Capability to use just one bud is critical - and I'm so grateful to the reviewer who noted that since I didn't realize that it was a problem with other ear buds. The only thing not so good is that they don't stay in the ear as well as one would hope - likely a function of ear shape - honestly, almost nothing stays in my ears (sigh...).
