For the past 3-4 years I've been purchasing my in-ear earbuds from Amazon. (Shamazon is what I really call them :-) Anyway, the last couple of pairs I've bought were rather disappointing, even though I had previous models from the same bran/manufacturer that worked quite well. The Bose Quiet Comfort OTE's are still working after, IDK almost 7-8 years and I purchased them from BB, so back to BB I went. Even though I think they went FT (Tropic Thunder) during Covid, and I am super concerned like other Brick and Mortar stores, they are hurting. So I went to the store. I had a few earbuds that I had my eyes on. I had an excellent experience with an under $50 pair of JL labs. Particularly the battery life was outstanding, however the left earbud decided to stop working after I drove my truck over it. I know right, they just don't make things like they used to! (lol) but the right ear bud seemed to last longer than my Amazon earbuds, both L and R put together! However, what I believe is a lack of in-store traffic, my local BB didn't have that model of JLABs. I did for a moment consider Google's earbuds, but I figured with Alexa listening to her owners 24/7, their earbuds are likely doing the same thing. It's not paranoid, if they really are listening to you, and I promise you, they really are. So I took a look JBL which I've had their home theater speakers in the past and was satisfied, but their $99 earbuds had less than stellar reviews, so I passed. I considered the Bose Sport buds, but they were this horrible tealish color and I just couldn't roll that way. I also didn't want to spend over $120ish bucks, preferably less than $100. (in case I decide to drive over one accidentally) Finally I settled on these Sony WF-C500 earbuds. The reviews were pretty solid and consistent. I'm also aware of the longivity of the brand name and their presence in the electronics market for a boatload of years. Unfortunately, they didn't have these earbuds in the local store and when I tried to buy them using the BB app, that was an epic fail (and the app locked up about 4 times in the store, totally unsat). So, to the counter I went, and the super nice BB associate checked me out in a jiffy. The earbuds were scheduled to arrive the following Thursday, (I bought them Monday evening) and they arrived Wednesday, a day early. Now what I like about these earbuds, but first what I am not a huge fan of. - They are a little larger than I prefer, however, if the size is related to their battery life, I'm totally ok with that. What I like (Not in any order except how I'm thinking about them.) 1. Battery life is outstanding. (I mean really outstanding) 2. The case has very postive magnetic keepers for charging the earbuds, I feel like sometimes the case almost pulls the earbud out of my fingers and locks in place for charging. 3. The app is pretty decent in terms of equalizer settings and also providing relevant info on battery charge. I haven't found the battery level of the case yet, but it might be there or might not. 4. The case to me, isn't as flimsy as some reviewers noted. Granted it's not an iron vault, but it stays secure, the lid closes very securely, and it provides some LED charging lights by color that can give you a reference for where it's at charging-wise. I like that. 5. It uses USB-C, which I'm a fan of. 6. The sound quality. I mostly listen to audio books, but after a day or so I ran though some of my favorite tunes which are pretty varied (Oakenfold to Cash and in between) and I was pleased and satisifed with the sound. 7. They stay in my ear without hurting my ears even when I'm out working in the yard or working out and all sweatified. I would highly recommend these for the price point. I believe you will get your money's worth and not be disappointed.

Great earbuds at only $59US. Comfortable in your ear, the sound is very good, and the battery life is wonderful. No connectivity issues and easily all-day usage...

The sound quality on these is fantastic, especially for the price. The equalizer in the sony app does a great job of making these already great headphones sound even better. They are very comfortable and durable. I work as a dishwasher and I have dropped them on hard tile, or into the dirty dishwater many times and they still work great. the battery lasts all day. If you need headphones to wear at work these are great.

Had them for a year so far and they've been great the whole time, good product and audio quality, good battery life, don't take up much space, but I don't know if I'd say they're worth full price considering after a year the magnet that holds them in place to charge has gotten super weak.

Sound is great, fit just right in my ears no matter what I'm doing never come off from my ears there are very secure ,the charge last longer than others known brands, my 4 stars is because the number of apps sony recommends for use & enjoy this earbuds also is a little complicated to set up & zinc with the app the first time and last, the lack of base. Other than that I love them

I haven't used a lot of other wireless earbuds so this could be somewhat biased but I think these sound and look incredible! The charging case is also small but efficient, and I only have to charge it maybe every week after using them for around 1-3 hours every day. They fit in my ear perfectly and come with multiple different sized ear-tips if the default ones don't work for you.

I've had these earbuds for a while now and they still hold up. When using the right sized inserts the sound is pretty bass-y and pretty clear. I wear them to the gym and I never have to worry about them falling out. They also hold a charge for a very long time. I can listen to all my podcasts and more in a sitting without dropping below 50%.

My husband likes the headphones. They are comfortable and have a good sound range. The battery life is also great - they last basically all day with more or less continuous use. The exclusive mint color Best Buy offer was lighter than the pictures, but still like it. Got it on sale at forty percent off, so it was a good buy. Would not pay full price for it.

I wanted something that hide in my ears, have a great main requirements one would need and have a good use after a charge. I do use these earbuds every single day (sometimes for hours) and I only have to put it on charge after 10 days. Better than AirPods for me, in design, sound, quality, durability everything.

Have had these earbuds for over a year now. They have a great sound and are noise cancelling to a certain extent. As for phone calls... It feels like I have to talk a bit loudly for the person to hear me and you cannot have anything rub up against it like hair or the person will hear that over your voice. There is a an issue with the right bud connection int he charging case as it will sometimes lose the connection and then automatically connects to my phone. My work around for that is was to stick a paper towel on the side of it to keep the magnetic connectors together so that it won't connect to my devices.

I bought these to have at home, work, and back up for the gym. These are the LIGHTEST buds ever, even compared to the Beats Fit pro. Very comfortable, sound is good. There is a slight distortion when you up the bass all the way in the app. I would recommend these. Only thing missing is anc but that’s the next level up.

I wanted to find a good pair of earbuds that don't break the bank. They fit really well and provide great sound with amazing battery life. I had a jlabs pair before these and they had a tendency to fall out of may eats and were uncomfortable to wear. These Sony buds are well worth it.

Fits well. Lightweight. Easy to follow instructions to connect/pair. Great sound quality as expected from Sony. Passive noise isolation is decent, no complains. Mics are okay, not the best for calls, but good enough for daily use.

I use these headphones everyday. They can sort of get uncomfortable after wearing them for a while but not bad. They fit decently in your ear as well. The bass and tones are a little above average. Good buy to save money though.
