Great buy
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use these headphones everyday. They can sort of get uncomfortable after wearing them for a while but not bad. They fit decently in your ear as well. The bass and tones are a little above average. Good buy to save money though.

Sony delivers a winner
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been researching true wireless earbuds for a few weeks. I was leaning toward the new Yamaha TW-E3B's, which were released at the end of October. However, there are still no reviews online. I literally stumbled across the WF-C500's on Best Buy's web site -- I'm not sure how I missed them before. After reading the reviews on Best Buy's web site and then some others on reputable audio sites, it was an easy to buy the WF-C500's on sale at $78. I did not want active noise cancellation, and I only need minimal splash protection. I could easily spend $250 if I thought that was necessary to meet my requirements: Above-average sound quality, a comfortable fit, and long life on a single charge. I've had these Sony earbuds for a week now, and they absolutely do not disappoint! Reasons to buy: - Great sound and an impressive app for fine tuning, if desired - Supremely comfortable and stay in place even when active - Long life on a single charge Reasons you may want to keep looking: - No active noise cancellation (although sound isolation is good) - Case only provides 10 additional hours of charge - Button controls do the basics but aren't intuitive

Really surprised
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gotta admit, I didn't know how I was supposed to feel about these buds. I have Sony over the ear headphones and love them. Needed some new buds to work out with and decided to try these. For the price and function, I really recommend them. The battery life is really good (had them on for a few hours at one point and barely used any battery) and they are also comfortable. For the price they are definitely worth checking out.

Great Buds. Controls are weird.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I love these buds. Great sound, great bass, great case shape, great fit in ear. My only gripe is that the headphone controls are different for each side. For someone who only wears one at a time 99% of the time this gets annoying. Like if I'm listening to a podcast I'll put the left in for volume, but if I'm listening to music I gotta wear the right to skip or replay songs.

Sony wf-c500 beats jabra elite 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay, these are compared to the jabra elite 3. Had the elite 3. Elite 3 do not have nowhere near the type of app that the sony have. On the 3 you only have, I believe, 4 different types of eq preset settings that in my opinion did not make any kind of significant difference. The elite 3 also have what jabra calls Hearthrough. Once activated all you hear is HISSING. The sony have been dropped in price to more aggressively compare to jabra and folks, GET THE SONY!! The app gives you significant sounding difference on all modes. eq actually makes difference in sound. Fit is great. On me the right ear is always the challenge, but when set in right, they stay in. When you adjust the volume on the jabra, anything lower than max volume will dramatically effect how they sound. You almost don't hear them. When you adjust the volume below max on the sony, they still sound good. You don't have to max them as with many earbuds. In the end, do yourself a favor, and I have said this before, when it comes to earbuds, especially in ear, DO NOT listen to reviews online. Those folks are getting paid to say what the company wants them to say. Does anyone believe that most of those reviewers do it for fun. NOPE. They do it to get paid and free products. Earbuds are highly subjective. Many like loud. Many like low. NO ONE on this planet has the same sized ears, and ear canal. YOU HAVE TO go and try to get what WORKS BEST FOR YOU. For me, so far, and after trying MANY earbuds, sony are very efficient at what I need them to do. Oh, and by the way, a call I received yesterday, from an elderly neighbor, said that I sounded as if I was on a regular phone. No difference.

Good all around solid buds!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a semi truck driver. I'm in and out the truck making deliveries and I'm in the road 10-12hrs/day and these last me the entire time, stay in comfortably AND I can hear and be heard while driving! Now I have 9 pairs of earbuds ranging in price from $40 - $300 but these are quickly becoming my go - to's! No 'ambient mode' or 'ANC' bells & whistles but they block out receiver background noise fantastically! They're just good solid buds. They stay in well, sound is very good (natural sounding, a tad lacking in bass but you can use the equalizer in the app) the build quality is solid, the case is small and tough and they last 10+hrs and I wore them in the shower to tear them and they stayed in and performed just fine The only cons, is sometimes in my Samsung tablet I have to connect one bud THEN the other one. Weird. On my Samsung phone it's fine. Also, I wish the app told me how much battery the case has like it does with my other Sony earbuds and earphones. They don't. But these are minor details and for the $70 I paid they were well worth the price. Even at $99 they're a good buy!

Bravo Sony, outstanding ear buds!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sony yet again impressing me with another awesome pair of headphones. The sound quality is excellent, fits in my ear nice and comfortable (which never happens with ear buds for me). the microphone works great ( dont listen to the other reviews), even with all my snowboarding head gear on (including balaclava mask) my calls were going through very clear. I highly recommend trying these out if you're looking for an affordable yet amazing pair of ear buds, Bravo Sony!!!!

Love these
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are still going great a year after buying. Noise cancelling is great! Didn't realize I was blowing the horn while I was cleaning my car out wearing these. Also, the battery lasts a long time. They stay in my ears and have good sound quality. Never had any problem with bluetooth connection.

A Runners Headphone
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I need headphones for running. I've tried a lot of In-Ear headphones and these are my favorite so far for the money. They stay in my ear very well. They sound great without wind noise. They are push button activated too with pause, stop, next song, previous song, pairing mode so it is super helpful for running. They link right up to my Garmin Venu watch and it's awesome. Thank you Sony.

Pretty Good Earphones
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earphones feel nice and comfortable. The sound quality is good, nothing to complain about. I had these earphones for over a year and they still work great. Now the magnets on the earphones take a second to charge but they still work.

WF-C500 was In-Ear Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My favorite out of all the earbuds I own, including AirPods. Not 100% noise cancelling but good enough it you want to block out certain types of noise (like loud coworkers, which was the reason why I purchased these in the first place.) The size of the earbuds are very comfortable but they can fall out if not positioned correctly.
