We're happy that you like most of the features of your WF-C700N. Your feedback about the low volume level when noise cancellation is active is greatly appreciated. If the volume level heard from the unit is quieter than normal, especially when the ANC is on, you can adjust the volume of the headphones and the connected device according to your preference. If the app has the volume settings, try adjusting the volume using those settings. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. For more details, refer to this link:

I have only used them a couple of times so far but will take them on a plane trip soon to judge the noise cancellation.

Not PS5 Compatible

At least not without a dongle, which isn't included. That being said, they were comfortable for the few minutes I wore them before I realized they wouldn't work with PS5.
