The sound cancelling is good, although you have to really find a good fit, which naturally cancels ambient noise. I don’t use it to talk on the phone, I can’t get used to the way my voice sounds inside my brain, when my ears are plugged shut.

The microphone sucks when I’m trying to talk through it on the phone, but they are totally worth it. I wish they were easier to get out of the charger base bc I have fat fingers but no biggie.

If your intention is to listen to music or watch movies at home or on a local commute these work great. The only downside is the fit isn’t great for more active use (including fast walking up/down stairs) & the lack of tracking these on Apple products mean if you drop them while in motion and you don’t see them then they’re gone. The mic is also subpar for conversations.

You may try to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. Good buds with few limitations

The WF-C700N do not support Multipoint Connection, but it can be paired with multiple devices (up to 8)—though it can play audio from only 1 paired device at a time. If the last-connected Bluetooth device is placed near the headset, the headset may connect automatically to the device by simply turning on the headset. In that case, deactivate the Bluetooth function on the device or turn off the power. The WF-C700N are still amazing. Block out the world with the WF-C700N noise canceling truly wireless earbuds. Absolutely loved those but the new version is almost $250. After doing some research I saw that these got great reviews. After using these for a month, I really like them. Sound is good and the battery life is insane. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is the EarPod feels small and cheap. At times it seems like they’ll fall out. Plus the base is feel cheap and because it’s so small it’s tricky to open.

Great sound

They do not fit well in my ears. I have tried the beats and then the non-noise canceling version of these and both fit better but ultimately I returned the beats and I am returning these. They are also a little bit too sensitive when I try to move them around in my ear. Because they don't fit properly in my ears, the noise cancellation isn't as effective. I'm trying to avoid going back to AirPods since they like to break on impact when they hit the floor, but nothing has wowed me yet like those did sound- and noise-cancelling-wise.

Perfect if you don’t have sensitive ears.

The fit was comfortable and the sound quality was good. After a while, though, they started bruising my ear. For some reason, maybe to add friction and keep them in place, there’s a hard plastic bump that starts to really dig into my ears and started bruising them. Perfect buds though if you don’t have sensitive ears.

- If you feel the size of the earbud tips does not fit your ears, change the earbud tips. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
- If you wear the headset for a long time, your ears may start hurting. Use the headset while taking breaks periodically.
