We're happy that you like most of the features of your WF-C700N. Your feedback about the low volume level when noise cancellation is active is greatly appreciated. If the volume level heard from the unit is quieter than normal, especially when the ANC is on, you can adjust the volume of the headphones and the connected device according to your preference. If the app has the volume settings, try adjusting the volume using those settings. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. We understand that finding the perfect fit can vary from person to person. We recommend trying different ear tip sizes and experimenting with the positioning to achieve a snug fit. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
