The Sound is fantastic, the bass is there and thumps. Grab these and you won't be disappointed. I'm very Particular about sound quality. The only thing is the Ambient sound could be a little clearer but its not a deal breaker .

While we're glad that you like it ,we're sad to hear that you are not fully impressed with the sound quality. Make sure that you have the proper ear tip size as it can affect the sound quality. Good earbud

He was super impressed and loved them! I love all the features they have to offer. Noise cancellation works great. He’s been using them the last month and still working great. I will be buying myself some very soon.

They will not stay in place no matter the tip combination. Leading to the next problem, which is the enormous control buttons. While having to constantly adjust and re-insert the buds there is not enough real-estate on the buds so I am constantly creating skips, pauses etc. The sound and battery are decent, (if you're not moving around) otherwise these things are the pits.

If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. Best Bang for your Buck

I think theyre just as good if not better than the AirPod Pro Series 2 headphones I have through work. Theyre much more comfortabke, noise cancelling is great, sound amazing, and dont hang out of your ear like the AirPods do. 10/10 would recommend.

Charging simple and lasts quite a bit of time. They do come with extra ear inserts to fit your ear and they are very comfortable. Pairing these with my Sony TV was easy and it has an app to control functions. They are fantastic and well worth the money.

Also couldn’t hear the sound right when it had pressure against from my snowboard helmet. Old AirPods didn’t have that issue.

They have good qualoty sound and decent noise canceling. There are better options out there but for the price these are great.

Good sound but still not close to noise cancelling

This model is better than the previous model (400’s), but still the noise cancelling is not as I expected. They are not good noise cancelling.

While we're happy that you like most of the features, especially the amazing sound, we're sorry you've been running into difficulty. Your feedback regarding the noise cancellation is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.
If any of this is the case, try the following.
- Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient. Also, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
