      Hi, RaudelS,

Thanks for the review. We are sorry for the inconveniences with your Sony In-Ear Headphones. We will be more than glad to help you with this situation with a few troubleshooting steps that might come helpful.

      1. Make sure to use the right earbud tip size.
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities.

      2. Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

      3. When you use the headset while you are walking or running, the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body, but this is due to the characteristics of the product and not a malfunction.

We recommend giving it a try, and in case they do not make any difference, feel free to reach us at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=headphones for further assistance.

Thanks for considering Sony products, have a great day.

      Hi MorganIndustries,

We regret to know that you're not having the best experience with your WF-C700N and you are having noise canceling issues with your headphones. We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. If any of this is the case, try the following.

      - Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
      - Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

Hi TamH, we're so sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience with your Sony WF-C700N headphones after only a week. It's definitely not what we want for our customers, and we understand how disappointing it must be when headphones don't stay securely in your ears, especially when you're active.

It sounds like you've already tried adjusting the ear tips, and we apologize that this made the fit even worse. Finding the right ear tip size is crucial for both comfort and sound quality, and we want to help you get that sorted.

To ensure you get the best possible fit and performance from your WF-C700N headphones, we recommend trying a few things:

Experiment with all the included ear tip sizes: Sometimes a size you wouldn't expect might provide the most secure fit. Try mixing and matching if one ear feels different from the other.
Twist-lock motion: When inserting the headphones, gently twist them into your ear canal until they feel snug and stable.
Check out our fitting guide: We have some visual guides and tips on our support website that might offer additional insights into achieving a secure fit.
If you've tried these suggestions and are still having trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team directly. We'd be happy to troubleshoot further with you, explore warranty options, or discuss other solutions to ensure you have a positive experience with your Sony products.

We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve and thank you for taking the time to review and choose our Sony headphones.

      Best regards,
      Gus

      Hi RogerG,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the WF-C700N headphones. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with call quality. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue:

      1. Check Bluetooth Connection:
Ensure that the earbuds are properly connected via Bluetooth. If a connection problem is suspected, try re-pairing the earbuds with your device.

      2. Adjust Speaker Settings:
      - For Android phones: While on a call, tap the Speaker or Bluetooth icon and select WF-C700N Hands-Free.
      - For iPhone/iPad: While on a call, tap the Audio icon and select WF-C700N Hands-Free.
      - For Windows computers: Right-click the Speaker icon, go to Sound settings, and set the Headset (WF-C700N Hands-Free) as the default device.

      3. Ensure Proper Fit:
The phone call quality may decrease if the earbuds do not fit your ears snugly. Ensure that the earbuds are worn properly and the microphone is not obstructed.

      4. Volume and Noise Suppression:
      - Increase the volume on the connected device.
      - Turn off any noise suppression setting on the app you're using for the call as it might interfere with the earbud’s microphones.

      5. Reset and Initialize:
If the problem persists, try resetting the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then removing them after a few seconds. Additionally, you may initialize the earbuds to restore factory settings, which will delete all Bluetooth pairing information and setup anew.

      6. Environmental Factors:
Try using the earbuds in a different environment to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, other wireless devices or background noise could interfere with the call quality.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is possible that the earbuds may be malfunctioning. We encourage you to reach out to us via email for further assistance. Please include your name, Best Buy username, model number, a description of the issue, and your telephone number in your message to socialsupport@am.sony.com.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are committed to helping you. Thank you for choosing Sony.

      Hi DG01,
Thank you for your time writing this review. We're sorry to hear that you returned the WFC700N because it didn't fit securely into your ears. This In-ear headphones come with different sizes of earbud tips to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. When wearing them, we suggest to use the right size according to the size of your ears and gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. This should give you a firmer hold. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you will consider Sony again on your future purchases. Thanks again for shopping Sony. - Kris Sony_US
