Excellent choice for the money

Highly satisfied with the sound quality and battery life of these headphones. Very clear and loud, and the microphone on these even works through a beanie. Comfortable as well. A little bit hard to connect from time to time but it’s still worth every penny.

Your feedback about its connectivity is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via a Bluetooth connection. If this is the case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection. Set the headset units into the charging case, and close the charging case lid. You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset units into the charging case.

I've had a lot of pairs to include Beats and those didn't even come close to the Sony earbuds. The battery life and sound quality are fantastic with these. Not to mention the app for the earbuds lets you customize what the buttons do or even the sound EQ. Im definitely a Sony guy for life.

Great battery life. Lightweight and stylish. My only counterpoint is how bit the buttons are makes laying down with them a little challenging and also I believe no waterproofing but I haven't risked them.

I originally bought these in late 2022 and they were great until they stopped pairing to my devices. I took them back and got a new pair in 2023 but the new pair had a volume control issue. Meaning they weren’t as loud as the first pair. I would start increasing the volume either by pressing the volume key or sliding the volume up on the screen and right around the 80% mark it would be the loudest and then I would take it to 100% and it went back down. And that volume would only sustain randomly, like I couldn’t keep it loud at 80% on purpose. Idk. Then I thought hmm maybe I should update it. But the app isn’t the best and you have to keep reconnecting your earbuds for the app to work. Oh and when I got the earbuds to connect and the app showed the home screen there was an update, so I updated them and now the sound will randomly drop out or the music will skip when I use them. The other inconvenience is you can’t locate them from your phone if you misplace one. But yeah the noise cancelling works, the fit is nice, and they last a while.

About the situation where is not possible to locate them if you misplace one; it's correct. The Sony WF-C700N earbuds do not have a feature that allows users to locate them via a smartphone if they are misplaced. They are not compatible with this technology. We're truly sorry about the inconvenience.

Sony WF-C700N in-ear headphones

A little bigger than the skullcandy that I had before, but not too large. Sound quality is great. Battery life is pretty good. Case design is good. I have not had a chance to fully customize the settings but the app is helpful. My main issue is that the headphones don't cancel ambient noise on my end during calls as well as I would hope. The person on the other end of the call can hear everything.

Wonderful Earbuds

One of my main needs was the option to wear one at a time, and unlike more pricey options, these work very well one at a time. The battery life is fantastic, as well! They pair automatically to my Samsung phone, and are easy to navigate for volume and noise cancelation. They are a little snug for my small ears, but aren't uncomfortable for several hours.

Great Earbuds!

The range is pretty amazing, roughly 35 feet, the usage time is pretty great, and also, i enjoy that they automatically change, or manually change so you can hear more outside of the earbud(s) while in a call. I don't usually use cellphone calls, but I use Discord calls quite often, and they work amazingly with it! Today I had the right earbud on from 8am-2pm before it died, then I popped the left earbud in and continued from there. I also am in LOVE with the sound quality when listening to music with the noise cancelation on! Oh my goodness, I couldn't even hear my super loud toilet flush, even a little bit xD

Fits my Purpose without Killing my Budget

I wanted the convenience of not having my phone so closely attached. I have always had an excellent audio experience with Sony and also liked that the buds are very discreet, so in settings where it is less appropriate for me to be distracted, they are less apparent. I read the reviews and also those from other companies which were in about the same price range, don't like a lot of bass & am particular about the sound. Almost all the reviewers were satisfied with the excellent sound from this model and there are no complaints from me. At first I wanted to use the buds without the app but really couldn't get the volume controls working and tapping just made them do things I didn't want. I had to reset the buds & install the app a couple of times until I finally was able to configure the settings. Because alot of customers didn't like how the buds instinctively changed modes from noise cancelling to ambient every time they just moved around; I decided I wouldn't bother with those functions. Maybe once I've become more accustomed to them, when I'm on the beach or someplace similar, I will try the wind mode & other options for ambient noise, when I won't mind having to reset them again to factory settings & start from scratch. I have small ears and most buds even size S tips don't fit, but my wired Sony fit great so I thought I'd give it a try. The size S for the wireless were still too big so I bought a pack of generic tips that included XS compatible with these and they stay in. They are comfortable enough for a couple of hours but after a while the entire unit gets to be a bit heavy for me. But I don't need to wear earbuds for 8hrs/day straight anyway...so all in all, its a good choice.

Absolutely loved those but the new version is almost $250. After doing some research I saw that these got great reviews. After using these for a month, I really like them. Sound is good and the battery life is insane. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is the EarPod feels small and cheap. At times it seems like they’ll fall out. Plus the base is feel cheap and because it’s so small it’s tricky to open.

For this price point, I get earbuds with rich sound quality, and advanced features such as noise cancellation and ambient sound filters, which allows me to hear the environment around me. They're also comfortable, and I can fall asleep with them if I wanted. Lastly, the green coloring on them is immaculate. I was going to get them in black originally, but green really fits it better.
