    Unboxing the earphones you find the unit with case that charges, USBC cable and extra ear pieces. The number of earpieces should ensure a fit for just about everyone. My unit was in a mint grey which was neutral. The earphones were unassuming, and simple. The charging case was as well, with minimal needs. Earphones are held in place with magnets and they seemed just right. Not too strong or weak as with some cases. Charging seemed quick and uneventful. In the box was a picture instruction with QR code to scan. Set up and pairing was super easy, including taking you to the app which includes controls for the earphones, update info, and as expected Sony product information. I do like that there are software updates and relatively easy to install. Sound quality is excellent. Sound is clear and precise. Bass is not excessive and clean. Volume is good and can be adjusted to individual preference. Each earphone has controls and fit nicely in my ears. No feeling of falling out, or loose fit. Battery life seems excellent and as mentioned before, charging was easy and quick.

    Expected more. The case is weak and the sound is somewhat “mid”. Connecting to iPhone was more difficult that expected. Noise cancelling is non existent.

    I returned them because it was uncomfortable for my ears, my ears are tiny! I did try them, great but again not for me!

    Noise canceling glitching out

    A lil over a month and it’s starting to static and loose singal. Definitely not worth the price tag . My Samsung ear buds lasted a year before they starting glitching out . And they were 60 dollars . Don’t recommend

      1. Make sure to use the right earbud tip size.
      If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities.

      2. Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

      3. When you use the headset while you are walking or running, the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body, but this is due to the characteristics of the product and not a malfunction.

    Lost it and can't track

    Do not buy those: so easy to loose!!! Cannot track it. Cannot buy another case if the case lost. Absolutely useless protection plan. Very dissapointed. Lost it in first two weeks because it has very light weight and the color is hard to see. Lost money!

    The ear buds did not come with instructions in the package but only a QR code to get them in tiny print. I tried all 3-4 sizes of the ear pieces but have trouble keeping them in my ear. Would definitely not go jogging. Finally, the volume controls do not work. I have to change the volume on my listening device all the time.

    Horrible!!!!! I only had these maybe a week. The don’t stay in your ear when you are on the move. Also when try to change the ear size pieces it made the problem worse

    They worked for about 2 weeks. Then the left earbud just died. I have had great experience with Sony over the ear headphones. But the last 4 pairs of Sony earbuds have been junk.

      We're sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our WFC700N and having issues with the earbuds that won't stay in your ears. It's probably not having the right rubber tips. You may try to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. When wearing them, we suggest to use the right size according to the size of your ears and gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.     The Sony WF-C700n earbuds have surprised me in the best way possible. As someone who wasn’t a fan of my previous pair, the Beats Flex, I didn’t have high expectations.     They suck! I hated everything about these earbuds. Desperately wanted to return them when they started screwing up for the 3rd time. I missed the return date, so I took them out of my ears and just threw them away. Lol
