We regret to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the WFC700N headphones. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). Aside from replacing the earbud tips, make sure that you are wearing both earbuds properly. Put the headset unit with the (left) mark into your left ear and the headset unit with the (right) mark into your right ear. The left headset unit has a tactile dot. Adjust the fit of the headset to your ears. Twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. For more information, please refer to this link:

Additionally, you can use the Equalizer/CLEAR BASS setting of the Sony app to fine-tune the sound quality depending on your needs. You may find this link helpful:

While we are happy that you like our WFC700N, we sorry to hear that you are having some concerns with it. Please allow us to help. The earbuds might not have the right rubber tip and not snuggly fit your ears, that is why they fall off often.

You may try these steps and to help you achieve good sound quality, effective noise canceling or good call performance.
- Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

We're happy that you like most of the features of your WF-C700N, especially the incredible audio quality and noise cancellation. We're sorry you've been running into some problems and they fall out off your ears when running and sweating. The WF-C700N comes with different sizes of earbud tips to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal.
